I always choose this hotel for business trips to Leipzig (for training courses). The location is ideal, and I like the modern rooms. The 24/7 service at reception, which also includes staff serving the bar in the evening, is exceptionally friendly. It's also a great option for tourists in Leipzig. Thank you to the team.

I'm curious if the architect who designed the room furnishes their own apartment the same way? The shower in the middle of the room takes some getting used to (especially if you're traveling alone), but it's manageable. However, the fact that the toilet is also almost open and the light can only be switched on with the shower (and therefore not separately) means that if you go to the toilet at night, almost the entire room is brightly lit. This certainly isn't pleasant for any sleeping companion. Otherwise, the rooms and furnishings are fine. The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy; every time the tram comes by, it sounds like a thunderstorm is brewing (and this goes on almost all night). What's great is that there are free coffee drinks available around the clock 👍🏻 If I come back, I'll only book a room facing the courtyard. The location, however, is fantastic. Parking is also available on-site (currently for €16). Alternatively, you can park in the parking garage at the zoo (approx. 500m for €12/24h). It's an easy walk.

The toilet situation was a disaster. The door was made of thin glass, with only 15 cm of space above it, so you could hear every single thing. This was unpleasant for couples who were just getting to know each other. You couldn't relax and use the toilet because it was so loud that you were startled by the noise. Otherwise, the location was great, very quiet, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The courtyard and parking area were wonderful. Only the toilet situation ruined the 5-star rating.

I had to share a bed with my dad because our original hotel was cancelled and they couldn't get a child & adult room so we had to share. There was also hardly any privacy because the shower was in the middle of the room with no curtains or anything. The only private room was a tiny area with a toilet. No sink, just a toilet.
