Our visit to Planerts was by far the most wonderful and extraordinary restaurant experience we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. On the occasion of our family day, we were able to spend an unforgettable evening there with nine people. Even the planning beforehand was simply outstanding. I have rarely – in fact, never – experienced such warm, professional, and meticulously thought-out communication. Every wish was taken into account with the utmost care, the menu was individually tailored, and dietary restrictions were addressed with a naturalness and flexibility that is unparalleled. Even personal messages that I had created for each individual guest were tastefully placed on the table. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail. Even the coordination with a florist for the flower arrangement was carried out exactly according to my wishes, and the result was simply perfect. You can feel in every moment that people with genuine passion work here and want to give their guests an unforgettable experience. The restaurant's ambiance is stunningly beautiful, stylish, warm, and incredibly inviting at the same time. The service throughout the entire evening was exceptionally attentive, warm, professional, and pleasantly unobtrusive. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt completely welcome and in excellent hands. The three-course meal was a culinary masterpiece. Each course was perfectly composed, superbly prepared, and an absolute taste sensation. You can immediately tell the high standards of quality, creativity, and craftsmanship that go into their work. A huge thank you to the entire Planerts team. You made our family day an unforgettable experience and created memories that will stay with us for a long time. For us, this restaurant is truly exceptional and, without any exaggeration, the best dining experience we have ever had. We are already looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend that everyone experience this special restaurant for themselves. Leipzig is fortunate to have such a gastronomic gem.

I enjoyed a wonderful, culinary evening and can only commend the excellent service in every respect. It was a delight for both the palate and the eyes. Fast, unobtrusive, and extremely courteous service, paired with superb, ambitious, and skillfully prepared cuisine. What Marcos and Sebastian, together with their team, have created here is, in my opinion, nothing less than the best gastronomic destination in all of Leipzig.

Excellent, also for lunch. It's always nice to go to a restaurant that offers excellent cuisine, where the staff enjoy their work and are justifiably proud of their cooking in a reserved, not at all arrogant way.

I feel the same as another reviewer; I'd love to give it 5 stars, but unfortunately, I have to deduct at least one. The food wasn't good, that's for sure. The expectations and what actually arrived on the plate simply didn't match. And for that, it's ultimately a bit too expensive. If I order soup with dim sum (which was on the menu), then I expect dim sum, not raviolo. The raviolo was good, no question, but that simply shouldn't happen in a restaurant like this. There were very few guests, which might have been due to the football match being shown at the same time. However, we couldn't understand why the appetizer arrived more or less simultaneously with the amuse-bouche. Of course, that's not a cardinal sin, but it shouldn't happen in a restaurant with these aspirations. Also, the meat wasn't pink anymore; it was well-done. It still tasted good and wasn't dry, but again, this simply shouldn't happen in a restaurant like this. The young waiters were very nice and tried their best, but my impression was also that they weren't very experienced. Unfortunately, we wouldn't pay that price again.

Definitely one of the better restaurants in Leipzig and worth a visit. Very good, down-to-earth food, though it doesn't quite reach Michelin-star level, even though the kitchen does its best with presentation and multiple courses. Service is absolutely top-notch. When the restaurant is full, the atmosphere isn't exactly cozy, but that's just my personal impression. You should definitely make a reservation; otherwise, you're unlikely to get a table without one.

Excellent food, including the vegetarian option. Warm, first-class, yet unpretentious service. Good wine list. We had a very pleasant evening. Only one drawback: The wine glasses all had a trace of dish soap.
