Hotel: No elevator in the building! The stairs and steps are very high. If your room is on the second floor, it's a real marathon with your suitcases 🧳… Suggestion for the hotel: If they could tell guests arriving with bikes (50 kilometers on a rental bike) that "your luggage is already in your room," that would be a great service. Restaurant: Delicious food and good wines. The service compensated for the hotel's shortcomings. Location: Outside the old town, less suitable if you're traveling by bike, as you'll want to explore the city after your meal. There's a guest card for public transport – including the ferry. There's a lockable garage with electrical hookups for bikes!

For the price, there should have been bottled water in the room. Limited parking. Breakfast was okay.

We wanted to stay here overnight, but it was fully booked. Reservations are highly recommended. The food is good, and there's a lovely terrace overlooking the Elbe River. They helped us find a taxi.

We were there for dinner today. We can only praise the food, 5 stars for that. The service was very questionable. I don't think he was a professional. A short man with zero class. You need trained staff who aren't as rude as him. He seemed relieved that we were paying. He also kept repeating everything we said aloud. I work in the restaurant industry, and I've never experienced anything like it. I wouldn't want to come back there for dinner.
