The Calliston

What a gem! My partner and I really had a fabulous stay. The quality and cleanliness of the rooms were outstanding very luxurious and high tech with a large shower. We will definitely try and book one of the suites next time when we are rebooking, looking at the sea from your chairs on the private balcony would be lovely. The bar was a perfect spot to watch the world go by and excellent staff. What made this 10/10 was by far the staff, both Angela and Nadine were so helpful and informative with restaurant recommendations and general information. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to experience Corfu. After a stressful start to our holiday, with the airline delaying the delivery of our luggage, the hotel staff were absolutely amazing. They immediately put our minds at ease and kindly accepted our delayed bags when they were delivered by the courier, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, with fantastic recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore around Corfu. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was stylish, cool, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything Corfu has to offer. The outstanding hospitality from the staff really made our holiday special. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Corfu.

Faultless! We had a wonderful stay. Staff were helpful, cheerful and went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. Location is perfect: away from the crowds but only a short walking distance to excellent restaurants and bars. Recommended!

We spent a night at the Calliston before our departure for Paxos. The hotel is both very modern (with smart home technology) and very cozy. It's very well located near the sea and close enough to the port to walk there. The café-bar is also very pleasant. A very nice surprise!

A stunningly beautiful and unique hotel with incredibly friendly and attentive staff! We had a junior suite with a balcony on the top floor, offering a wonderful view of the sea.

After years of ‘passing through’ Corfu Town we have finally found our ideal overnight stopover spot. The room was great and best of all was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff who were more than willing to assist with taxi and transfer services to the port and Airport. Also, the Cafe downstairs has the most wonderful and well priced Breakfast. We will definitely be returning and could not recommend highly enough!

My husband and I started our honeymoon at The Calliston and we had the best time. The hotel is smaller, with a more boutique and personal feel than larger hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. When we arrived, the hotel arranged a bouquet for our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The rooms were very clean and beautiful, and we loved the curtains that could be controlled by button. The air conditioning was strong, which we appreciated after visiting during a heat wave. The staff were incredibly hospitable, and we even ended up having drinks at Leni’s on the first floor and chatting with the bartender, manager, and receptionist, and hearing about the island of Corfu from locals. The food at Leni’s for breakfast was great - we enjoyed the green eggs & toast, the breakfast platter, and the croissants. Reception provides beach towels is you want to go to the beach, just a short 5 min walk from the hotel. One of the days of our trip, we worked with reception to add on an impromptu fishing & swim mining trip - they provided recommendations for a local company and helped us book our trip for the next day. We were sad to leave once it was time to move onto our next destination and would recommend The Calliston to anyone who wants to spend time in the Old Town!

The Calliston has been an amazing experience. The hotel is small( boutique) and therefore doesn’t have lots of facilities, but the rooms are fully equipped, well designed and kept very clean, but what makes the Calliston is Leni’s downstairs (cafe that does breakfast, lunch and late night drinks) and the staff who are incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. It has all the best parts of a small hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough. We will be back.

We stayed for 2 nights at The Calliston- we loved it! Our room was spacious, stylishly decorated, well appointed and comfortable. The Calliston is a lovely large townhouse which has been completely modernised and refurbished but its charm and character has been retained. It is quit but very centrally located. The staff are delightful and do everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. We enjoyed the cafe/bar on the ground floor which also serves food. Highly recommended.

Nice small hotel with comfortable rooms and great service

Hotel is situated in a quiet part of the town and close to Faliraki beach. Rooms are spotless and house keeping does an excellent job. Recommend having breakfast in their peaceful garden, listening to the swallows overhead. Reception is excellent with lots of helpful tips. We were made feel very welcome. Very much recommend.
