Filion Suites Resort & Spa

After a 7-day stay (today is my last night at the hotel), I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, but... not to everyone. If you're with children and looking for super-exciting attractions for you and them, like water parks or entertainment, this hotel isn't for you. However, if you're a couple, friends, or even a family with children who value relaxation in a quiet and beautifully located location, enjoy good food and simply relax in a nice place without worrying about a thing, this hotel is for you. As I belong to the latter group, I rate this hotel very highly. Delicious all-inclusive food with a wide selection of dishes and sweets (the best baklava I've ever had), delicious drinks, nice pools, friendly service, decent and spacious rooms, daily cleaning, and a beautiful location are all strong points of this hotel. In my opinion, this hotel deserves a solid 8/10 (on the downside, it's not the newest facility and feels dated), but considering the value for money, it's a fair 10/10! I recommend this hotel and would gladly return with my family.

The staff were pleasant and the food was healthy; however, my husband and I left our Amazon Fire TV Stick in the room when we checked out (it was plugged into the USB port on the hotel room TV). After reporting it to the staff five hours after our departure, they told us they hadn't found it! I'm sure they did, however, find the power strip they had lent us specifically for plugging in the Amazon Fire TV Stick 😏. This left a bitter taste at the end of our stay and reminded us that this hotel is not worthy of a 5-star rating in terms of infrastructure, maintenance, and security!

A great place for everyone! Very, very friendly staff always there for every request. We were very satisfied and highly recommend Filion Resort. Book the brand new Stylish Deluxe rooms; they are outstanding.

I liked Filion right away because of the mountains around, the bays - beautiful mornings, beautiful evenings and warm nights, calm sea, even if it is windy in Crete. We have been coming back here for family summer holidays since 2018 and every time we don't want to leave and want to come back again and again!

This is a perfect hotel, absolutely fantastic. All the staff are friendly and nice, the room is lovely, and the service is excellent 👍 👌

The rooms are very cozy. We got a room with a gorgeous view 🥹 The food is delicious, but it doesn't have the wow factor. The alcohol is delicious, and the bartenders are friendly and chatty. The grounds are spacious. You can stroll around and swim in the different pools. My husband and I really enjoyed it 🥰

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! Let me elaborate: 1. Location Beautiful views of the Cretan hills It's a long way from the beach, but there's nothing to worry about because a free 9-seater bus runs to the beach every few minutes :) You can explore Bali with the help of the lovely drivers who are always there to help you :) Or walk if you want to burn some calories :) 2. Food There's something for everyone. There's a wide selection, everything is plentiful, and there's freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast :) 3. Getting Around the Hotel There are two elevators, the hotel is large, so you have to walk a bit between things like the bar and the pool. You'll get a little lost at first, but then you'll be fine. 4. Rooms Large, nice, and clean, no complaints. 5. Service THEY DESERVE 10 STARS!!! HELPFUL, NICE, AND SUPER FRIENDLY PEOPLE SHOUTOUT TO THE BEST RECEPTIONIST, REGINA❤️❤️
