We stayed 5 days at the hotel, our stay at the hotel was very good, they changed our sheets and towels every day and our room was clean, Angela at the bar was very pleasant, Mrs. Afroditi with a smile on her face, as well as Alex, as for Mrs. Sandra and Maria at the reception, they were amazing. And we will definitely visit you again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Laganas Holidays Hotel on Zakynthos. The hotel is a bit dated and could use a refresh here and there, but everything was clean and tidy. Ultimately, we consider that more important than a modern appearance. What stood out positively was the service. Whenever there was an issue or you had a question, it was addressed and resolved immediately. The staff visibly does their best to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The hotel's location is ideal. The beach is just a two-minute walk away, as is the main street of Laganas with all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife venues. There is also a supermarket practically around the corner, which is very convenient during your stay. The swimming pool is lovely and well-maintained. There are plenty of sunbeds available, so you don't have to get out of bed early to secure a spot. It is a nice place to unwind between visits to the beach. The breakfast is simple and basic, but for us, it was perfectly fine. Of course, this depends on your expectations and what you are used to. There is plenty of choice to start the day off right, but do not expect an extensive luxury breakfast buffet. A special mention goes to Angela and Aphrodite. These sweet, hardworking, and helpful ladies take care of breakfast and are also present at the pool bar during the day. They are always ready for a chat or assistance and ensure that you feel truly welcome. For travelers primarily seeking peace and quiet, late May or early June is an excellent time to visit. During that period, the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. Later in the season, more young English holidaymakers flock to Laganas, resulting in a livelier and busier environment. All in all, Laganas Holidays Hotel is a fine choice for those seeking affordable accommodation in a prime location. Do not expect a luxury or ultra-modern hotel, but do expect a clean stay, a lovely pool, friendly staff, and excellent service. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return here again.

The location is close to Laganas beach, but the area is crowded, a bit dirty and the sea is dirty (maybe from the sewage).

Absolutely value for money choice! The hotel offers an excellent quality-price ratio. The spaces and rooms have a more classic, retro character, but are spotlessly clean and neat. The service from the staff was simply perfect, full of kindness, smiles and professionalism. The big plus, however, is the excellent pool and the pool bar, which offer absolute relaxation with wonderful drinks. I highly recommend it!!!

Angela is amazing at the bar, 15 years in the same position. Coincidence? Very pleasant person and helpful, as is Sandra the boss.

The hotel is run-down, and (apart from the exterior) the rooms are awful, everything is old: a rusting refrigerator, a broken wardrobe, a crappy bathroom, etc. We checked in in the morning, the temperature outside was 15 degrees Celsius. It could have been similar in the room. Turning on the old, dusty air conditioning only made it feel colder. We slept in our jackets after an overnight flight!!!!! Is the owner just counting out "coupons"? I suggest the owner "visit" the room and see for himself what he serves his "guests."

A very nice place, close to the sea 👁️🌞🌴🌅 The hotel is pleasant and affordable. The service is fantastic, especially the staff at the hotel restaurant – Mrs. Angela and Mrs. Afrodyta are very nice 💚💚💛💛 I want to come back and I will definitely come back next year.

We stayed overnight while on a sightseeing trip. Our room was supposedly one of the better ones, a good size, with a balcony overlooking the pool and sea, close to the sea and the city center. Unfortunately, there was mold in the wardrobe and it stank, the bathroom had no shelf under the mirror, the door was scratched and swollen from moisture, and the drain and doorknob were rusty. Breakfast was a disaster. The ladies couldn't cope; there was no tableware, cutlery, or food. There was only one type of cold meat, cheese, jam, and boiled eggs.
