From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail. The hotel is elegant, modern, and perfectly located on the beautiful Thessaloniki waterfront, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Our room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with a wonderful view and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One detail I absolutely loved was that the rooms feature Marshall Bluetooth speakers. As a music lover, this was such a stylish and thoughtful touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team. They were incredibly kind, warm, and always greeted us with a smile. They even surprised us with a lovely thoughtful gesture during our stay, which made us feel truly special. It was a small surprise that left a lasting impression and perfectly reflected the genuine hospitality of the hotel. The restaurant and the rooftop bar were equally outstanding. The atmosphere was fantastic, the service was impeccable, and every dish and drink was beautifully presented. Everything was incredibly fresh, delicious, and prepared with great attention to quality. Excellent stay with unbeatable service and a breathtaking view! My stay at ON Residence was a truly unforgettable experience that redefines luxury in Thessaloniki. From the first moment until departure, everything was absolutely impeccable. The Accommodation: The room was a masterpiece of design. It combines the classic elegance of the historic building with all modern comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable, the soundproofing was perfect and the cleanliness was exemplary. The Service: The staff deserves many compliments. Polite, willing and discreet, they anticipated my every need with a genuine smile. Their hospitality makes you feel unique. The Rooftop Bar: The absolute highlight of the experience. The view of the Thermaikos is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The cocktails are excellent, made by experienced bartenders, and the atmosphere is extremely atmospheric. If you are looking for the top high-end boutique hotel in the city, ON Residence is the only choice. I will definitely be back!

The hotel is located right on the seafront in Thessaloniki's center, ideal to explore the city' sights and close to many restaurants. The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive and the rooms are finished to a very high standard. The breakfast is excellent and there is a big choice of different options. ON Residence will certainly be a hotel I would choose again when I return to Thessaloniki.

internet not working properly, aircon was not working in room was so hot

This hotel is not a 5 stars hotel by any mean!!! no parking, poor reception, small room with tiny porch towards an old building which the hotel could at least pay for making it colorful. no place to put the suitcase and even breakfast was a 4 star hotel one. the pictures do not reflect the reality at all !!

A hotel that exceeded all our expectations in every possible sense. Our room was spacious, with an excellent view, impeccably clean and tidy. Considering that the reason for our arrival was my wife's birthday, I very easily arranged with the staff at the reception that a bouquet of flowers would be waiting for her in the room, and they made a wonderful effort to also provide a bottle of wine and cakes waiting for her. We were even able to enter the room before check-in, which is great considering that the journey was long. The staff is very professional and friendly. All recommendations for this hotel, we had a fantastic time and will definitely be back again!
