Staff was excellent. Pool and spa nice clean. Room was spacious and nice. Didn’t love that the bathroom was down a few steps in our room. Still the overall it was excellent and i did not ask the staff to move it for me, i think they probably would have.

They were excellent at problem handling and solving. Polite, helpful staff, luxurious environment.

I stayed for two nights at Fibula Hotel in Pécs, in unit C5. The room itself was excellent — spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. No complaints there at all, and unit C5 proved to be a good choice. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The minibar fridge in the room was turned off. More significantly, on two separate occasions during our short stay there was no hot water in the shower. The first time the reception assured us they would fix it immediately, but the second time the reaction was rather indifferent. The wellness area is decent, with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and two saunas. However, the showers there had no water at all (neither hot nor cold). One important note: **this property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues**. The hotel is spread across several buildings and involves a lot of stairs, both from the street entrance and the parking area. This should be clearly stated in the hotel description. The staff was mixed: the young man at reception was professional and helpful, while some of his colleagues seemed less attentive. We did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. Regarding **value for money** (booked via Booking Genius), it would have been good if everything had worked properly. Without reliable hot water, however, I can only rate it a maximum of 3/5. I hope these minor issues will be addressed, as the hotel has real potential. Good parking

Young, energetic team. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Wellness is also good.

We had a wonderful week during the Miss Universe Hungary training camp. We especially liked the wellness area, the modern and spacious rooms and the atmosphere of the entire hotel, which provided perfect relaxation and preparation. All the staff were extremely kind, attentive and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel offers a clean, sophisticated and friendly atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone and we will be happy to return in the future.

We spent a week at the hotel during the Miss Universe training camp. We were welcomed by clean, high-quality rooms, friendly staff, and a cozy environment. I felt very comfortable, I definitely recommend it!

The hotel staff were always smiling, kind and helpful. The hotel was always clean, including our room. It was well laid out and we were comfortable. The food and drinks were always delicious and we had a good time. Furthermore, it is in the best possible location in the middle of the city centre. I am 100% satisfied with the time I spent there and the quality of the hotel. Thank you very much! :)

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, beautiful hotel, downtown, 1 minute from everything. Their Segway tour is great! I can only recommend it!

A beautiful little jewel box in the heart of Pécs. I would especially like to highlight the kindness of the staff. I recommend it wholeheartedly, if we are in Pécs again, we will return here.
