Very enjoyable stay. The food and service in the restaurant and bar are 1st class. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

The subway is right outside the door, the service is wonderful, and you simply feel very comfortable in this stylish accommodation. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff is incredibly attentive. We would book again in a heartbeat; we were delighted with our decision to stay here. Four nights – a fantastic stay!

Excellent hotel for Luxary, location and great service from hotel staff.

I have stayed in many 5 stars around the world including SLH and RC. I spent 4 nights here. I will say that the historic building is a treat. However, this means there are no showers. In addition, the bathrooms are non-existent, the tub is in the room with just glass. This can hinder privacy. In order to take a shower I had to go down into the spa area which is public. Keep that in mind. In addition, service was slow, maybe they are understaffed? They don't provide a lot of amenities I have used to in a 5 star hotel. Room service is also very pricey, at 8 euros for one boiled egg. Overall thank you to the staff members who went above and beyond, you know who you are.

Beautiful hotel with fairytale decor. Ideally located near Piazza San Babila and the boutiques of the famous Via Montenapoleone fashion district. The Duomo is a 15-minute walk away. Easy access to Linate Airport with the "Tricolore" metro station (Line 4 - blue) right in front of the hotel. Our room was very beautiful, elegant, and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide selection of cakes, drinks, cheeses, and traditional sausages. Welcoming and professional staff, always ready to help. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend it.

After visiting this impressive hotel for many years, we would like to express our gratitude for all the service we experienced every time during our stay. It is a home away from home for us. As soon as you walk into the hotel, you are greeted with the kindest hotel staff always ready to help with anything you need. The service is always exceptional. The location is perfect for business and pleasure with sightseeing close by. You are close to central downtown but the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. Great location right next to metro and tram stops making getting around the city very easy. the walk into the center (Duomo) was only 10-15 minutes. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed and more. The staff really put their guests first and you feel if throughout your stay. We always recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Milan and we are looking forward to returning.

I was a little nervous about the decor as I typically lean toward a modern, clean lines kind of vibe but it was very charming and the 9 yo girl in me was smiling. In person, it’s quite elegant. The service is amazing! Make sure to have a drink or tea in the lounge area. The snacks they serve with the drinks are absolutely delicious. I also loved that it was located right next to the M4 train. So I was able to navigate from MXP airport directly to their door step. The walk to main shopping was about 10 minutes which I enjoyed. We did dine in the main restaurant based off how amazing all the snacks were in the lobby. It was good and an experience. You could take it or leave it though. Anyways, excellent experience overall!

The hotel is beautiful and the town as well. We were helped a lot by a Spanish speaking lady (sorry, forgot to ask her name) didn’t like that my room was overlooking the parking instead of the lake.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Honestly, I never expected to have such a good buffet outside India. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Had a wonderful time in Milan and food made the experience even better. Stay was average.
