Excellent location... for those going to the beach... but also for those going to Rimini Fiera.

An old hotel, terrible management, terrible food, and half the group ended up in the emergency room due to food poisoning/infections. To be forgotten.

The interior layout of the rooms was terrible. Unfortunately, this is a sore point given the hotel's star rating. As for the food, I can say it was quite good, although you had to wait in line every time the buffet arrived, otherwise it would run out, and in most cases they wouldn't bring you anything else. As for the service, I have to say I'm very disappointed, because I've never seen such disoriented waiters. You had to ask them for something two or three times before they'd even bring it to you. If it happened once, it's no big deal, but it happened almost every day. They seemed almost irritated every time you asked for something. I have no comment on the cleanliness or the housekeeping staff. The location is excellent, 100 meters from the sea and 30 meters from the main streets. All in all, it's a shame because with a few improvements, it would be a good hotel.

The food was largely inedible. On the first day, we could barely swallow a bite or eat anything at all. On the second day, it became edible, but still not enjoyable. The food improved slightly each day, but we still had to force ourselves to swallow. The cleanliness was acceptable; the room was cleaned well, and we found it clean each evening. The service at mealtimes was disastrous. They had two or three people trying to serve 15 customers, and they were completely overwhelmed. When asked for things (like water), they quickly forgot and wandered around other tables, checking orders for the third time. We expected much better!

The staff are quite friendly. Parking is a problem, but if you pay, they'll find it for you. Free parking nearby isn't always available. I can say that the room takes the title for the smallest bathroom in all the hotels I've visited in the area.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of June. I had booked at another hotel, "Lorenzo," where they asked me to pay for air conditioning. When I refused, they took me to this hotel, which initially seemed nice and whose owner, Gioacchino, was very helpful. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a less than relaxing stay. I had booked a room with a shower stall, but instead I found myself in a tiny, 1970s-style bathroom without even a curtain. I read that there had been other negative reviews about this. I reported this problem, and he promised to see if he could move me to another room. This never happened, as the next day, he told me there were no more rooms available with the bathroom I had booked on the other hotel's website. Furthermore, it didn't even seem like I was staying at this hotel, since they didn't put my room number on the breakfast table every morning. I mentioned this, and everyone seemed agitated. The room wasn't bad, but it could do with a better cleaning. The television wasn't tuned, and despite my notification, no one was on. The real advantage is the proximity to the beach, but everything else needs rethinking.

I decided to leave unexpectedly, so I chose and booked while I was on the train for five nights. Excellent location. Polite and very kind staff. Room on the second floor was comfortable and more than spotless!!! I was able to walk around barefoot. Thank you.
