Mamalia Restaurant

It's a really nice restaurant. Cristina and e ioana were very welcoming and great!

We had a dinner here on the last day of our trip to Rome. Thanks to Cristina, our dinner became perfect one.

​Ioana made our visit to Mammalia amazing! The energy of the culinary team working in the open kitchen added an extra flair to our entire dining experience. The Cacio e Pepe was outstanding, and the Eggplant Tart was breathtaking! Si sente la passione in ogni piatto. Deliziosa! ​Ioana was attentive, warm, and welcoming. She made us so glad we chose to dine on-site at the DoubleTree. Ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa! We highly recommend Mammalia to anyone visiting the area.

Our first day in Rome. We ate at this restaurant because we spent the night at the hotel. The atmosphere was great, very warm and welcoming. There is an open kitchen which I find to be very classy. Our server Ioana was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She was very attentive. The restaurant got quite busy and we were still very well taken care of. We were served bread which was out of this world! So fresh. It came with olive oil, which was amazing. We ordered the cacio de pepe and the eggplant tart so fresh and tasty. My only regret is that I live in the states and getting another meal here will not be for a while. I definitely recommend a meal here!

Ioana gave us wonderful dinner recommendations and exceptional service- we loved the eggplant, Cacio e Pepe and special olive oil served with bread. A very peaceful restaurant but also was good with a child. Loved the open kitchen, polite staff and excellent food. My daughter loved her pasta from the kids meal, too!

The food was absolutely delicious. We had the pasta with pork cheek which was crunchy and perfect. Definitely recommend. Nice atmosphere restaurant

I have never left a Google review before but this was beyond. As we were seated, the host told us that we should all try to order the same thing so that it would be easier on the kitchen. The restaurant was about 1/10 full. We ordered the mackrel which came much smaller than expected and overcooked. It was very fishy. We also ordered the "rack of lamb" which came as a single very fatty deep fried rib of lamb. We ordered a number of other dishes. The only dish that I would say was fine was the pasta. Suffice to say, we left quite hungry.
