Rude staff, absolutely avoid. Problematic people inside the place. The owner just doesn't know how to deal with people. Dirty place full of bacteria. For goodness sake. Waste of money.

I went to this sauna yesterday. I'd heard good things about it, and I have to say I found it even better. On Saturday night, the place was very quiet, as the owner explained, but since I wanted to relax, I have to say it's a very welcoming place, with friendly staff. I'll definitely be back. Strong points: I noticed the water in the tub was very clean and very warm, perfect for relaxing, especially on such cold days. The place was generally very clean, like all these places. It's probably not for everyone, but finding a place where you can relax and feel at home is priceless. You have to get a membership because it's a private club, but for me, paying €15 for a year wasn't a problem. The atmosphere is very friendly, the changing rooms are very spacious, the showers are nice, and overall, it was a great experience, and I recommend it.

Hi, I'm a tourist and I'd love to go to this sauna, but I read in the reviews that it's not open to tourists. Is that true? And since you have to buy a membership, I'm hoping for some answers. Thanks.

At first, the place was adequate and quite pleasant, with everyone friendly. It's changed a lot over the years; aside from the tacky atmosphere, it's as if they were in Monaco or Monte Carlo; one of the owners is very rude and surly at the door, making a fuss about a pass he'd given me the previous time. He looks down on me, being as rude as anyone, and also making me look bad to the people who pass by and overhear. You also have to get another pass that's only valid for that club, and you leave your money there. I would have expected a different welcome from the manager of a gay club. I've heard many others complain about this; they'll end up like the clubs in Genoa. Highly discouraged, and never again.

Rude and unhelpful staff! I strongly advise against it! On Friday evening around 1:30 a.m., I accessed the sauna by purchasing a paid pass and paying for just one hour. Owner Marco promised I could return whenever I wanted with a free entry pass stamped and signed by him, since the place was practically empty. I returned on Sunday afternoon and encountered a young man with light eyes, probably not Italian, at the cash register. He was unwilling to listen, and asked me to pay the €15 entrance fee despite having a free entry pass, a photo of which I've attached. When I asked to contact the owner so I could speak directly, he became annoyed, blaming me for not understanding the point of the free pass, and causing me to abandon the sauna. I highly recommend working on your staff before opening a business! Rudeness is certainly not a good calling card! I will certainly never set foot in there again! My review aims to give impartial feedback to Marco, who instead proved to be super kind and with whom I chatted pleasantly during my stay in the sauna on Friday night.

I'd like to know if it's necessary to bring a swimsuit. I know everything else is provided by management.

The cardholder claims the membership card costs 15 euros a year, but if purchased in September, it should cover the year until September of next year. However, this isn't the case; it's stated as a calendar year. A real scam. I remind the cardholder that in other saunas, if the membership card is purchased today, it expires a year later. Not at the end of the year. Hurrah for the crafty ones!
