A very clean and luxurious 4-star hotel. Excellent service.

As a Marriott Bonvoy Status Member, my stay at this property was deeply disappointing. Service & Staff: Unorganized arrival with zero crowd management in the lobby. Front desk staff was exceptionally rude and welcoming-free ("Passport!"). Attitude shifted slightly only after recognizing my status. When Housekeeping accidentally removed my personal cutlery, the front desk falsely accused me of stealing hotel property instead of assisting. Rooms & Maintenance: Bathroom lacks towel hooks/racks (forces unnecessary daily washing). Following a nosebleed, Housekeeping swapped the pillowcase but left the stained pillow underneath uncleaned. Wardrobe doors rattled, and recurring loud pipe/pounding noises kept echoing in the room. Breakfast & Hygiene: Extremely chaotic and cramped (chairs touching back-to-back). Pigeons ate directly off my plate in the outdoor area with no staff intervention. Full, untouched plates and drinks were cleared while briefly stepping away. Loud vacuuming started right at the 10:00 AM buffet closure. Location & Infrastructure: Misleadingly advertised as "City Center" (bus runs 1x/hour, zero service on weekends). Construction and heavy vehicle traffic directly outside the entrance. Unstable WiFi and app glitches. To make matters worse, Marriott's online customer support forms/emails failed repeatedly. Definitely not up to brand standards.

Excellent, its only drawback is that the bathroom has frosted glass between it and the room.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. Wonderful showers. The hotel restaurant is very good. Excellent food. Competitive prices. Much better than some restaurants in the center.
