Best View Fortina Luxury Suites

I stayed here in October, in one of the 4 bedroom suites and it was absolutely breathtaking. The view really does match the name. Every detail was thought of, the specifications were very luxurious. I loved the kitchen tap! The location is really good, you can walk to the high street shops, to the boat ports and to the nice restaurants. Everybody who stays here should check out the Fortina Spa downstairs. Tora the restaurant across the road is also 10/10

The space and the view were phenomenal. The description stated that a swimming pool was available. Once on site, it turned out that you had to reserve sunbeds for this for a minimum of €30 per person per day, rising to €90 per day. However, there were so few that there was no availability for the first few days. Upon arrival, there was still dirty laundry from the previous guests. The safe did not work, the sliding door was broken, and the outdoor light was broken. We reported everything on Friday, but it wasn't resolved until Monday. The sliding door is still broken. The kitchen was fully equipped according to the description, but they don't know what a teapot is. The receptionist (one of the ladies during the day) was very unfriendly, was on her mobile phone, or was sleeping. The location is also very hard to find upon arrival. You can only enter with a key card; we were lucky that someone came out, but then we encountered the unfriendly receptionist who initially wanted to send us back to the hotel.

You will not get a better view from this balcony. It has outdoor seating and an outdoor lounge bed. Right across the road is the pool and an indoor pool as well. The apartment is fitted with high end appliances and is very big. It is the biggest apartment I have ever rented for a holiday. Only downside is the pool area across the road which plays house music from morning till late and it feels like it is coming from your apartment as it is loud.

A fantastic, nice and modern apartment that we rented during our stay in Malta. It has an absolutely unbeatable view of the sea and Valletta!
