Babette – pracownia zupy i chleba

While on vacation in Gdańsk, I discovered an extraordinary place – Babbette Bread and Soup Workshop. I don't think I've ever tasted such delicious bread in my life! Fresh, fragrant, with a crispy crust – simply amazing. I really wish Babbette was in Kraków yet. 😊 From now on, Gdańsk reminds me not only of the sea but also of the incredible smell and taste of Babbette bread. Definitely a place I want to return to!

I had the vegan Indian soup and it was delicious. The large portion was filling. The soup was served immediately. And the service was friendly.

For you, Babette isn't just a bakery, but a place you simply want to come back to ❤️ Delicious pastries, bread just like grandma's, sandwiches, sweets, soups perfectly crafted, and coffee... truly exceptional. But what makes me come back here so eagerly is, above all, the girls 🩷 Every coffee is prepared with love, a smile, and so much care that it tastes even better. And there's one thing absolutely unrivaled here – hot coffee! Not lukewarm, not "barely warm," but truly hot. 😁☕️ I like this place for the taste, but even more for the people and the atmosphere. The staff were unnecessarily rude and made the whole experience unpleasant. A little courtesy and respect towards customers would go a long way.

Delicious soup and a great concept for combining a restaurant with baked goods, such as sourdough bread, which I brought home with me. I recommend trying the cold soup, which was very tasty; we'll definitely be back. There are a few tables inside, but they also have a large terrace outside, which is a big plus. The service is also very friendly.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was rude and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. The cappuccino they served looked so bad that I didn't even take a single sip. It was completely unacceptable. What concerned me the most, however, was the hygiene. The staff weren't cleaning the tables after customers left, leaving dirty tables for the next guests. This creates a very poor impression and raises serious concerns about cleanliness. I definitely won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place to anyone.
