One of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. Great location – very close to the train station and the city center. Jean-Paul was incredibly accommodating and charming, always striving to make our stay as pleasant as possible. All the other staff were also always very friendly. The garden with the pool is perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The peace and quiet of this place was simply wonderful. The entire place is decorated with great style and attention to detail. The resident cat, Hera, completes the experience. It was a perfect stay. Unfortunately, five stars isn't possible.

Fabulous guesthouse. Rooms are spacious, clean and finished with quality materials. We had the pineapple suite with mini fridge, complimentary tea, coffee and drinks. Bathrobes, pooltowels, Bluetooth speaker. I also liked the separate toilet in the room. Breakfast is included and is served on the outside terrace in the courtyard. Very relaxed atmosphere with singing birds and big trees. Pool is heated and accessible via the garden. Would definitely go again when in Faro. Only odd thing was when checking in we were asked for our passports, she took them and went away into the office and closed the door. I travel a lot but this was the first time I lost sight of my passport in over a decade.

We had a very pleasant stay in this house; we felt right at home. The garden with its swimming pool was lovely, the room was spacious, and the staff, especially Jean-Paul, were incredibly attentive. We'll be back!

Everything was perfect at Jean-Paul's. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious. The breakfast service was good, and above all, the house was very peaceful despite being located near the port. We highly recommend it!

A gem of a place. We spent 4 nights in this beautiful oasis. The owner and staff are so welcoming. A lovely experience from the initial booking until we left. The room was spotless, bright, airy and spacious, overlooking the courtyard and garden. We had breakfast there every morning, beautiful food, fresh fruit, orange juice, yogurts, cereals, breads and eggs. We arrived early and it was great to be able to drop off bags before check-in. Jean Paul arranged a taxi from and to the airport. Pedro was great to deal with, and they both recommended lovely restaurants. We visited the sites and the weather was a real bonus. We will be back to Faro.
