Era Spa

Yesterday, February 9th, I was at the Era Spa bath complex. So, I wish the spa staff good health, and also that they fix the water in the pool, as there's debris floating around. They also fix the tiles in the hammam or replace them, as it's unpleasant to sit and enjoy the experience in such a "pathetic" state. The sauna in the women's locker room is running at full capacity, meaning it's impossible to sit for long and sweat properly, as it simply "burns" your skin upon entering. They don't mention on the website that the hot tub is out of order. The spa could be cleaner, especially since there are children there (the price and the reality are completely out of sync)!!!

We stayed on February 8, 2025. We were very disappointed; we paid extra for an upgraded room, but I didn't understand what the extra charge was for. It's also scary to imagine not paying the extra. The room's condition also leaves much to be desired: peeling wallpaper, dirty carpet, no air conditioning, nowhere to put your clothes, so you're making a coat rack out of chairs again. We decided to ignore it and went to the spa... I can't think of any positives either, and I didn't even bother using the hammam, as it's understandable that the spa complex is public and there are a lot of guests. We ordered room service, and I was very surprised to learn that you have to pay extra for room service. After we started eating, the salad turned out to be sour. We took it to the cafe, where they responded to our complaint and refunded our money, but denied any fault. We asked for anti-poisoning pills, and the hotel couldn't help us at all... Our first and last visit here.

The standard room is very small, and we even paid extra for an upgrade! No air conditioning! Peeling wallpaper, dim lighting, no refrigerator. The spa complex is small, with lots of children screaming and jumping into the pool, even though it says it's prohibited. It's very noisy. The pool and jacuzzi are dirty and not hot! Ten children are in the jacuzzi, even though it says up to four people are allowed. The hot tub in the women's locker room is closed for renovations. We were upset and went to our room. We ordered food, but it was sour! We asked for something to treat food poisoning, but they didn't give it to us. But they refunded our money for the food. In the end, our vacation was completely ruined!! We will never come back here again! We don't recommend it to you either!!

We went to the bathhouse on January 8th and were horrified. The bathhouse opened from 12:00 PM, arrived at 12:05 PM, and the front door was locked in our faces. We were told to wait. We waited for a while. When we entered, the water in the pool was murky, and there was dirt everywhere. The hammam smelled of urine. When we made a comment, the staff responded with aggression. The cloakroom attendant was rude. In short, it was a mess.

A huge thank you to the administration for accommodating an unknown old man. Not five... one hundred+!!!

The worst hotel ever! The receptionist never smiled, it seemed like she was forced to work there; she was disgruntled. We came back for breakfast this morning, and the same thing happened! We booked a superior room, but it didn't even have a refrigerator, just a closet! The carpet was terrible, and it was long overdue for a new one. There wasn't much light in the room, it was just so dim! It was our first and last time here! Take the spa hotel in Zelenogradsk, for example, and that's top-notch!

Everyone travels for different reasons. It's perfect for me because I have a car, want to spend the night, and enjoy a steam bath with a friend who lives nearby. The room is clean. Everything works. The receptionist is polite. Coffee and tea are 100 rubles. In the spa, we were interested in the Russian banya with birch branches and the cool outdoor jacuzzi. The separate male/female part. The second floor with the pool and the other saunas are not worth the effort. Well, for those with children, it might be interesting. But it's overchlorinated. And what was a real gift for me was the car wash. The Czech Republic suffers from a lack of such facilities. There, you either have a manual one or throw in coins and wash it yourself. I'm really happy.

We stayed for 3 days, VIP room, 10,000 rubles a day, no robes, slippers for rent, no kettle, glasses, or cups—they're rented for a deposit! Horrible. No WiFi!!! This is in the VIP. The stairs and floor were washed with something, I fell on the first day, and I'm still limping, but I didn't break anything. My wife fell too, and her whole left side was blue. They said it was our fault, we should have brought slippers. I wouldn't recommend the cafe to anyone. We waited half an hour for a beer, then left, etc. For that kind of money, it's just crap!

Great place, clean, quiet. I've stayed here twice: two adults and two children rented a cabin with a sauna the first time and a simple room the second time. We loved everything and will be back!

This is a nightmare. My entire vacation and mood are ruined. Today, the woman in the bathhouse CUSSED OUT. Because I checked the bathhouse's opening hours... If she doesn't like her job, let her change it instead of taking it out on other people. What a disgusting attitude towards guests. People should stay away from this place. The hotel itself is okay for the money, except for the fact that there's no air conditioning, and it's really hot in the room.

We arrived at the spa and called ahead to check if it was open. When we arrived, reception said the water in the jacuzzi was cold (we'd driven there because of it) and it would be heated within an hour. The result: the water was cold, and nothing was heated. The water in the pool was cold (even though they said it was 28 degrees), probably because the heaters were off and it was cold in the room. Basically, the child had blue lips and the family was upset.

The cloakroom attendant is cleaning the men's section of the bathhouse. Come on, guys, you guys have some kind of "level" or something!
