Central Point Hotel

The room had a smell, but the staff were very nice.

Rooms are large. Disturbing noise from the street, cars, noise. The air conditioning in the room did not work the second night, so it was hot. Expensive parking 15€ per day.

Great hotel, good location. Breakfast is really good, rooms are big.

The room was decent, the room temperature was ridiculously low, breakfast every morning also very little choice, communication with the staff was TERRIBLE. We called the reception to ask about the ironing service, to which they replied, "We'll send someone right away, of course we can." The maid came and didn't even mention how much it costs to iron clothes per piece. She just took the things away. In the end, they charged us 4,000 rsd for two shirts and one pair of pants. AT THE SAME TIME, they don't have a professional ironing service, just a classic iron for clothes, and there is no iron in the room. I accidentally spilled coffee on the carpet, by mistake, I immediately reported what happened, in the end they charged us 3,000 rsd for the "damage" we caused. And no one warned us about it until we came to the reception to check out. The street right in front of the hotel is dug up and you can barely enter the hotel. Horrible

The level of degradation in the quality of service in the last 4 years is unreal. I have been a tenant of the same hall for the third year in a row. All the employees have been replaced, the equipment has been replaced. Unfortunately, nothing has been replaced for the better. They don't tell you this when making arrangements, and when you come to the site they have a solution, but with an additional charge of 150% of the agreed price (transfer to another hall). From a hotel that I would recommend, it has turned into a hotel to avoid. If you are organizing any seminar, lecture, training, etc., go through all the items carefully and personally check on the site what they provide you with. I am done with them permanently, and you should think carefully about whether you need it in your life.

A good hotel for a reasonable price. Great location, friendly staff, spacious room. Breakfasts are varied, delicious, and not greasy. There's a gym and sauna for relaxing at the end of the day. The windows overlook a busy street, so it can be noisy.

Beautiful hotel, clean with spacious rooms, within walking distance of the city center. The staff is kind and helpful! I highly recommend it!

A great value for money hotel. Room was clean, size was good for the superior size. As long as we informed the hotel that we arrive with a 15 month old baby they have already set a baby crib in the room uppon our arrival. Crib was clean and set with a clean sheets. Also they arranged a taxi pickup and drop off for a fixed price of 30eur to the airport. Both drivers were extremely friendly and put a baby seat in the car. Hotel personel was extremely friendly from reception to the breakfast area. Only thing to improve is the fact that during our stay, one of the 2 elevators was out of order so there were times were we took the stairs to go down from the 6th floor. Other than that everything was great. Thanks Central Point hotel
