Absolutely the most beautiful and unique accommodation in Košice. The interior is decorated with love, every detail creates a unique, cozy atmosphere. The owners are incredibly kind, helpful and as soon as you enter you feel like a welcome guest. The breakfast was a real luxury - delicious, rich and with perfect service. We will definitely come back here

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Villa Terrasse. I booked a room but later cancelled it and informed the hotel by email. Despite that, the full amount was still charged to my card. This is unacceptable. I followed the proper cancellation process, yet the hotel ignored my message and provided no confirmation or explanation. It feels unfair and unprofessional to charge the full price without any response or consideration. I understand there can be cancellation fees, but keeping the entire amount after I contacted them in time is unreasonable. I expected better communication and customer care from a place like this. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their handling of cancellations and refunds — no guest should have to deal with this kind of issue again.

One of the most beautiful and at the same time most amazing (in good) accommodation I have ever had. 10 minutes from the center, a kingdom, a fairy tale. At first I felt like I was staying in an escape room, or in a horror movie, where you get a reward if you survive the night. But that was only because I arrived in the dark. Beautiful room, the entire guesthouse in Provence style. Very nice staff. The guest really feels like a fairy tale king. The whole atmosphere is completed by a beautiful terrace where a squirrel visits you and has breakfast with you. Quiet neighborhood. Great facilities. I really highly recommend it. Breakfast is varied, tasty and beautifully served with silver cutlery. There is really nothing to complain about.
