A place like this was sorely needed in Valencia! La Carmen is a breath of fresh air in the heart of the old town. If you're in El Carmen, it's a must-visit. A pub open to everyone where you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is incredible, and the cultural program (drag shows, live music) brings a much-needed vibrancy to the neighborhood. The service is top-notch, and the Agua de Valencia is amazing. You can tell when things are done with passion. Best of luck with this venture; we'll definitely be back!

If you are looking for an authentic gay bar in Velancia, this is not the place. You will pay 2-3 times more for your drinks here than any other gay bar. Only suitable for tourists who enjoy extortion. By coincidence, it has a very similar name to an older, more respected gay bar in the area. If you're a gay tourist, there are much better options for you in Valencia.

Love the place and go on a Sunday for the shows but they don't work the tables during the show. Sat with an empty glass. Isn't the aim of having a show to sell more drink? Weird.

The waiters were incredibly friendly, and José, the manager, was very attentive and charming. The place is beautiful and meticulously maintained; it's like a luxurious lounge, a great idea for drinks.

As a puertorrican raised in nyc I can tell you that this is a place to go. I’ve partied all over the world and this place has a special charm . Spent a month in Valencia with friends and this place was the place to have a drink chat and feel embraced. All the staff is friendly and caring. The drinks are well thought Reminded me of the Campbell apartment on nyc. Real classy. We felt so welcomed that when we left we even felt sad.

It had been ages since I'd been to a place where I could grab a drink and hang out with friends. The place is fantastic, the staff are really attentive and you can tell they enjoy their work. Santiago is a sweetheart. I'll definitely be back.

This was a wonderful find when I recently visited Valencia. A beautifully decorated and tasteful cocktail bar. Great cocktails at reasonable prices and a fabulously inclusive atmosphere. Excellent service, friendliness, and politeness. I would return if the service remains as good as I've experienced it on previous visits. The young man who served us was incredibly nice; a big plus for him. I think his name is Anderson.
