Good hotel far from the center

Not even a sad wardrobe in the room

Hello, I made a reservation for Saturday, May 23rd. The room cost €96 excluding tax. We were given a corner of the hotel with a room for people with reduced mobility and a shower with a curtain. I'm telling you, water got everywhere. There was no towel rack for our wet towels, and the door was difficult to slide. For the price I paid, I would have liked a room upstairs, not in a corner of the building (although there was a superb view and electric vehicle charging stations). The water pressure in the shower was zero. If people with reduced mobility are using the shower, I find it regrettable that there's no water pressure.

Very clean two-star ibiss hotel with excellent service

I came here to stay the night. The room next to me was moving furniture, making tons of noises!! This persisted until around 2:30 AM. Very upsetting, as a restful environment should be the standard for a hotel stay! I went to the reception and they said there was nothing they could do about it! I would never stay here again.

Disappointed. The room was clean! A bit dated, very hot, no air conditioning, a window that barely opened, and a terrible view. Unfortunately, there was a sewer smell in the bathroom. The room was very small, the welcome was excellent, and the staff were also excellent. It's not worth the price. Parking was also a bit difficult. A good renovation would be welcome for the establishment!

For work reasons, I've stayed here more than four times, but the last two times I encountered a problem: I was assigned a room with a bunk bed. I asked if it would be possible to change it because I can't sleep with something on top of me, but I had a bad experience with an employee who was rude and incompetent in handling the situation. He was ill-mannered and unable to find a solution. The hotel's location was perfect for my weekly stay, but I'd rather travel a few kilometers further and stay somewhere with better service. Terrible customer service.

The rooms: The bare minimum... for bedside tables, two tablets less than 8 cm thick. Not a single chair. Just a single shelf under the TV. Dear IBIS Budget owners, it's not that cheap, and you wouldn't lose much if you added a shelf, armchair, or something so that clothes and other luggage didn't have to be on the floor. And the same goes for the bedside tables. Making the shelves a few centimeters thick would be a good idea.

We went with our son and didn't have a good night. The room was very basic, with no wardrobe. The bathroom was tiny, with no hairdryer. The mattresses were hard, the duvets very flimsy (we were cold; they didn't even provide a spare blanket), and one of the sheets had a hole in it. On top of that, they charge a tourist tax... They have paid parking, but a little further down there's a parking area where you can park without any problem. The only good thing was the receptionist, who was helpful and friendly.
