Excellent service from the start
We spent a few days enjoying Granada and stayed at the Gran Luna Hotel. Excellent service and attention. The room for four was spacious and clean, with daily towel changes upon request. Tea and tea were provided. The only negative point was that it was a bathtub, not a shower. The breakfast buffet was very varied, and the staff were very attentive to our needs. The facilities were very complete, including swimming pools. There were activities for children, and the gym offered free access to the much larger one next to the hotel. A notable feature was that they provided towels at the pool free of charge; you simply returned them afterward. The pool was nice but a bit small for the number of people. The location is a 20-minute walk from the city center (Plaza Nueva). There's a bus nearby, number 9, that takes you to the center. Get off at Calle Recogidas 5, and you're there. The fare is €1.60. Overall, very good. Thank you 😊
Nice hotel, large rooms, and a bar serving food inside. There's an outdoor pool and a small pool on the back of the building, but it's more for cooling off from the heat.
