Panoramica Garden

We spent a week there, and what I appreciated most about the room was that it was completely quiet. I suppose they're well soundproofed. And of course, the terrace, with its table and two chairs, was fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all the cutlery and glasses were perfectly organized and clean, like new—another nice touch! 🙂 The staff was very attentive, friendly, and polite. As for the food, it was plentiful and varied. Although dinner could have been better in terms of flavor, that's understandable when you're cooking such a wide variety and quantity. Breakfast, though, is enough to keep you going until dinner. 😁 Another place to return to!

I want to thank all the kitchen staff, especially the cook Jenifer, for how well they treated me. During my stay, I had a gastrointestinal problem, and Jenifer prepared a suitable meal for me.¹ She's a very good professional and an even better person.

The hotel is nice and spacious, and it has free parking, although it fills up quickly because it's not very big. We were able to check in at midnight, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, as we were arriving late. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive. They have a fairly large and well-maintained swimming pool with sun loungers, although we didn't have time to use it. The staff was very friendly. Our room had a small kitchenette equipped with a pot and pan and a small refrigerator. The spacious terrace with tables and chairs was perfect for spending the afternoon. We went in June on a Tuesday, and I don't know if it coincided with a group trip for seniors, but the hotel was full of people over 60.

The food was awful, and there are only two elevators for so many rooms. The waitresses were mediocre. The rooms were just average and had tiny TVs. The views were the best thing about it, although there's nothing nearby within walking distance.

In ten days, they only swept the floor once. As for the food, I can't imagine how the ingredients can be so spoiled. If you want to lose weight, this is the hotel for you. There's no information about allergens. Tenerife is beautiful, and you can eat very well at a reasonable price anywhere except this hotel.

This is our third time staying at this hotel, and we'd like to highlight the friendliness of the staff in general, with a special mention for the receptionist, Mr. Braulio, who was always attentive. Thanks to him, we were able to recover a tablet we had left behind, and he even went out of his way to contact us before we traveled. Best regards, and see you next time.
