How is it possible to give a hotel like this a 4-star rating??? Noisy, unpleasant surroundings, dirty, no hot water for two consecutive days (we filed a written complaint), the air conditioning never worked during the 4 days, shower without privacy, half-board service served in local cafes and restaurants with very limited options.... In short... It couldn't be worse. I've stayed in hostels with better conditions than this hotel, which claims to be a 4-star. I will file a complaint with the European Consumer Centre.

To give a fair assessment, I have to say the staff were incredibly friendly. I arrived a little late, but they answered the phone right away and gave me directions, etc. After reading all the other reviews, I have to say my room was fantastic. It had a high ceiling, was very spacious, and had a modern, casual decor. I also have to say the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and it had two windows that opened like a balcony. The only thing I didn't like too much, but maybe it's just that I'm not used to it, was the atmosphere on the street when I arrived late... For breakfast, they send you to a bar's café. The breakfast is good; it's not a continental breakfast like you might get at other hotels, but they do have several set menus, and it's quite complete with a Spanish omelet, ham toast, juice, coffee, and other items. As for the price, I prefer not to comment because everyone has their own criteria.

Check in was super easy and staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Rooms were unusually designed but highly functional with big open windows, could add a mini fridge for cold drinks. Really close to the beach and local restaurants, beautiful rooftop bars within a 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday!

Strange. The reception is on the first floor; the entrance is just like the entrance to a regular apartment building. But it's new, clean, the rooms are odd but very functional, and there's a 50-inch TV... though half the channels don't work because of the poor reception. The ceiling of the room is painted like an aquarium full of fish. Strange, but it's okay... as long as you don't mind the smell from the restaurants below, which is noticeable even with the windows closed.

The rooms are lovely, the only downside is that parking is impossible there and you have to pay for parking.

Excellent, top marks! It's a brand new hotel right in the heart of Santa Catalina Park. The staff is fantastic, especially Inés. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. We recommend booking directly with the hotel; they gave us a discount when we pointed out that the price on their website was higher than on online booking platforms, and they thanked us for contacting them.

Leaking ceiling in several places in the room. Staff were called and had to dry up a lake of water on the floor. During the night we had to put a trash can underneath and dry with towels. The hot water ran out. There were no hotel facilities and the roof terrace was closed. Concerts from St Catalina Park until late at night etc. Very disturbing noise and noisy hotel room. Very arrogant female receptionist with unpleasant treatment at check-out.

The hotel is okay! I think they could be more attentive to cleanliness, and the facilities are very basic; I felt like I was in a hostel! The receptionist was excellent, and the breakfast was very good, although it's served outside the hotel! There's no one at reception until 8 am.

If you can get over the entrance it's actually OK but having to go outside round a corner for breakfast & even then more or less take it or leave it.....

Great location, a couple of minutes from the beach and loads to do in the area, bars restaurants Cafes shops etc. the room was really spacious and facilities were all that I needed. Very friendly and helpful staff too.
