You buy a free ticket that lets you in until 1 AM, but they don't open the doors until 1 AM, forcing you to pay. To skip the line, you have to pay 25 EUROS as if it were a real concert. They're scammers! We've been in line since 11:30 PM, and they won't let people in who have a guest list. What a rip-off!

Horrible management. They lie, saying they'll let you in with a free ticket before 1:00 AM, but they only start letting people in around 12:15 AM, at a rate of about 4-5 people every 10 minutes, so everyone stays outside and no one gets in for free. The staff is also quite unpleasant; I wouldn't recommend it. It's very well-known and famous, but it shouldn't be. Waiting two hours instead of going to another club and wasting time only to be told it's either €20 or be kicked out isn't worth it, I assure you.

Don't let it end with just a Google review if you truly believe the situation warrants review. Completely unprofessional service. The doorman in the free guest list queue today, starting Saturday, August 1st, grabbed my arm and violently pulled me out of the queue after I told him we didn't think it was fair to be charged when there were free guest lists. I hope the club owner reads this because he wouldn't want employees like that. He's a young man with brown hair, brown eyes, a beard, and a light brown complexion.

The bouncers at the nightclub are rude and don't care about people who are drunk or might have had a problem. When you tell them something, they say the person is sleeping and to leave instead of caring about the customers who are actually buying drinks at the club.

I bought a free ticket until 1:00 AM; they opened the door at 12:40 AM; When we got to the door, they gave us a blue ticket and tried to charge us €16 for entry; outrageous!

Super safe and friendly queer atmosphere. Drinks included depending on the ticket type, bar in both rooms. Security does an excellent job. Lighting and sound are good. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sound. The bass is so loud you could hear it in the bathroom, so you have to shout to talk. There are armchairs along the walls and at the ends of the room where you can relax and unwind. You can also go outside for some fresh air and ask for a wristband to be allowed back in. Villa-abajo is right at the entrance: Reggaeton and similar music. You wait for the door near the DJ booth to open, then go up some stairs to another room, Villa-enmedio: A bit more varied and smaller. Hits from yesterday and today, in Spanish and English (from "Las Divinas" to Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande). Villa-arriba was closed. It seems vaping is allowed. There's a cigarette vending machine on the entrance stairs. Although I didn't see any ashtrays.
