Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid was one of the highlights of our trip. Although it is not officially a 5-star hotel, it absolutely delivers a 5-star experience. From the stylish design and comfortable rooms to the exceptional level of service, everything exceeded expectations. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Madrid's neighborhoods, restaurants, and attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were amazing too. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Overall, an outstanding boutique hotel that combines character, comfort, and service at the highest level. Madrid is almost always one of our stops when traveling to Europe, so we are glad we found this hotel. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again on a future visits to Madrid.

Friendly staff as soon as you arrive, quick check in, and then the room - clean, beautifully decorated, perfect temperature, and comfy. This is definitely a hotel to come back to. Room service is on point, always ensuring the finest details are met and creative solutions to place my toiletries in an aesthetically pleasing and practical manner. Not to mention, the breakfast is top rated with a delicious buffet and two stunning settings to choose from. Thanks to every staff member who exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Madrid worthwhile.

Just stayed 4 nights in what used to be my favorite hotel in Madrid. But what a decadence air conditioning was not working, they gave the worst room next to the noisy room for cleaning products. Cleaning staff was talk loudly and und un respectfully since 7am slamming doors and literally gossiping next to my room door. I have videos and pics all this lack of consideration. Management told me they would speak to me upon checkout but when I came down they all left. Lack of respect which I will escalate further if necessary.

Excellent hotel! This was my first stay here, and I chose it based on recommendations from friends. I’m very glad I did. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its welcoming atmosphere, spotless and comfortable rooms, and friendly, attentive staff. One of the highlights is the location. There is a large, beautiful park just a 3-minute walk away, which is perfect for a morning run or a relaxing walk before starting the day. The service is outstanding, and you can truly feel that the staff care about their guests. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madrid!
