Confession time. Traveling all the way to Gran Canaria and ending up eating in a Swiss restaurant feels a bit like flying to Spain and ordering fondue at the airport. Not exactly the cultural immersion you brag about later. But curiosity won. And honestly… I am almost ashamed to admit this was one of the best restaurant experiences we had on the island. From the moment we walked in, the owners welcomed us like long lost friends. The place is so clean it almost looks like a Swiss laboratory where they accidentally discovered excellent food. Everything feels calm, warm, and incredibly well taken care of. The food? Ridiculously fresh. And when they say homemade, they actually mean it. The dishes taste like someone’s Swiss grandmother moved to Gran Canaria and decided to start a restaurant. Even the desserts are homemade. Even the ice cream is homemade. At some point I started wondering if they also milk the cows themselves somewhere in the mountains of Maspalomas. The wine recommendations were spot on, the service was genuinely kind, and we left with big smiles and very full stomachs. So yes, it is slightly embarrassing that one of the best meals we had in Spain came from a Swiss restaurant. But if being embarrassed tastes this good, I am willing to live with it. Highly recommended. Just maybe do not tell too many Spaniards where you went for dinner.

This was our second visit, and we loved it again. The service (I think it was the owner) was fantastic. And the food was delicious too.

My highlight in Maspalomas! Excellent food, from drinks to desserts, freshly prepared, Swiss style, a lovely, clean restaurant, and friendly owners.

First of all, we ordered 3 glasses of red wine. When it came, it was cold as coca-cola taken from a fridge in a supermarket. We told the waitress about it and instead of being understanding and fixing it she was rude and told us the wine was perfectly good. She almost got angry and asked us to go check the temperature for ourselves. Eventually she came back with three new glasses, normal temperature. She told us to specifically order "hot wine" next time. Very strange experience. The food was in all OK, however for one of our dishes, the Angus Steak, it was like someone had dropped a whole salt container in the dish. We thought this would be a great place due the outstanding reviews. We cannot recommend this place unfortunately.

Fantastic restaurant with Swiss specialties. The food is very high quality, and the service is charming and attentive. The best meal we had in a week in Gran Canaria! We'll definitely be back! ❤️ Great selection of gins!

Been coming here for years now. Consistently excellent. Delicious appetizer (salmon mouse), excellent meat, and mango ice cream that feels like you're eating a real mango. Keep it up, Mr. Sprite!
