The ticket says +18, but you find 16/17 year olds there, which creates a childish atmosphere where people are just looking for trouble, pushing, and misunderstandings. I have no opinion on the €25 ticket, which isn't even worth €10 because of the commercial music they play.

Ugh… so, so, so rude!!! Like, really rude!!! To the extreme!!!! To let you in, they look at you like you're the worst piece of trash in the world! And if you're submissive, OK, you get in! Hahahaha, and then at 2:30 they want to charge you €20 to get in! Hahahaha, unbelievable!!!

As an events professional, my visit to the Mambo nightclub in Sitges was a huge disappointment. Although the venue has an excellent location and a somewhat appealing atmosphere, the staff management was very poor. When I went outside for a smoke with some friends, I asked the waiter to hold our drinks, and he readily agreed. However, upon returning, I was informed that they had been thrown away, as the club was about to close. Despite this, the security staff inside reacted violently and confrontationally, immediately ejecting me and my companions without showing any empathy or taking any responsibility. This isn't about a refund; it's about humane and respectful treatment, that's all! It's regrettable that a venue with so much potential is losing credibility due to the poor management of its security staff.

Just two points about why it is not possible that a nightclub that is open and does not have straws, tells you it includes a drink and then you have to pay extra for the drink you want.

Glass everywhere... literally, the floor was all glass.
