Bears Week Sitges — May Edition

Sitges holds two bear weeks. The big one is in September, and this smaller spring edition falls on the May 1 long weekend. Bear Alley, the bear bars and the Bears Disco are full for a few days, with pool parties, dinners, beach meetups and an opening night at XXL. Estimates of the crowd range from about 800 to 2,500, so we haven't printed a figure.
The 2026 edition ran April 30 to May 3. London's BEEFMINCE took over the Bears Disco (Scandal, Carrer Bonaire 15) on May 1 and 2 from 12:30 to 6am. Sitges is 35 minutes by train from Barcelona. Third-party sites already list 2027 dates, but the organizer hadn't confirmed them when we checked.

Hotel Platjador is a charming 3 star hotel it is Sitges well known tourist spot. The hotel’s rooftop bar has fabulous sea views and is a great place to chill out with a cocktail after the beach
