Ruby Claire Hotel Geneva

Terrible check in process. Their little iPads don’t work and they refuse to check you in themselves. Staff acknowledged that if you need to edit a field during check in the system crashes and won’t let you. Also very slow elevators

Anyone familiar with Ruby Hotels, which have recently been integrated into the IHG chain, knows what to expect: bright, functional rooms, a young service team, a bar that's often open 24/7, and a breakfast featuring primarily regional products. The Ruby Claire in Geneva is uniquely well-located for exploring the entire city on foot. However, due to the G7 summit in Evian, we were taken aback by the price. The room was very clean when we arrived.

Breakfast is amazing, service is phenomenal, rooms were clean and tidy, the barista Otto was super nice and helped us with our drinks, all the employees and hotel staff were much help and we hope to come again!

The hotel bar was pleasant and the service was excellent. Thank you to Eva for her warm welcome and cheerful disposition.

I stopped by for an aperitif. The location was very quiet and the menu was interesting. We thank Bekka for her very professional and dynamic service. We'll definitely be back if we pass through Geneva.

Spent the afternoon at the Ruby hotel, was welcomed by Rebekka. Great food and greater service.

Had a great experience at the hotel! Bekka was amazing—super friendly and attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The service was excellent and the coffee was honestly some of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend!!!!!

I had a great stay at the Ruby Claire Hotel in Geneva. The hotel is perfectly located and I was able to do everything on foot in Geneva. All the staff were cool but especially Rebekka who helped me well by giving me places to go in Geneva and even in the canton of Vaud. I enjoyed my stay at the Ruby Claire Hotel and had a great time in Geneva

Had a great stay at Ruby Claire. The hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms are comfortable, and everything was very clean. A special thank you to Bekka, Aletta and Sasha who were always friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. She made the experience even better. Also, the coffee was amazing!

Great service , clean room, very friendly staff especially "Jackie" the concierge, she is very helpful with all our needs, questions and requests. We will definitely come back to Ruby Claire Geneva!!! 5 star for us! Thank you !!!!
