Very vrlery good

PROS: Absolutely amazing stay! Most important point was the super helpful staff. From kitchen to room service, everything was spotless. I specially feel like writing this review because we were so happy. The breakfast: Amazing! Something for everyone, and they would also prepare food on request. One day we had an early morning tour, so we requested for small sandwich. She prepared and packed a lovely sandwich within minutes. The location is absolutely great. Right next to the old town center. We loved our morning and evening walks and clicked many beautiful pics. Public transport (tram and bus stop) is within 5 minutes walk from here. Himat and his team are amazing. You will thank me again for recommending such an extraordinary stay. Keep up the good work guys, you all are wonderful. CONS: One very small issue we faced is the WiFi connectivity in the room. Sometimes it would not work properly. On request they would increase the speed temporarily, which would not work again after some more time. It was not a big issue for us though. Alson there was no chair or sofa in our room as shown in pics.

A very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The reception is staffed 24/7 and always available to answer questions. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the location is also excellent. Guests feel welcome and well looked after. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return anytime.

The experience was a complete disappointment, nothing like the photos, a mediocre experience! I have never experienced such a bad and uncomfortable hotel and service in my life. When we arrived for our June 20th stay, we witnessed that the hotel was located on a narrow, dingy street and surrounded by foul odors. There was no parking, and you had to park in the parking lot across the street, which cost 300 TL per day. No one was attending to us at the entrance; they were smoking outside. When they arrived, they registered us with a dissatisfied attitude. The room assigned to my family was on the 4th floor, with an elevator going up to the 3rd floor, but they had converted the terrace into a hotel room – a dingy, stuffy, foul-smelling room with loose springs, stained pillows, and a TV showing half an Arabic channel. We couldn't stay in the room for more than half an hour! While going down in the elevator, hotel staff brought down three large garbage bags with us, along with their awful smell! Breakfast was apparently served on the -1 floor; we couldn't even imagine that after seeing the hotel's hygiene performance! Don't go, you'll regret it!

Everything was great, they were very attentive, the breakfast was wonderful, I recommend it to everyone.

The location is beautiful.
