Rixos Pera Istanbul

First of all, I would like to thank the housekeeping team very much, and a huge thank you to Mr. Vakkas. His service was excellent; he made us feel right at home throughout our stay.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff are very kind, the cleaning staff are excellent, thank you all for your hard work.

They canceled my reservation on the hotel's website, ALL ACCOR. Upon arrival, I informed reception that I had a reservation, but they refused me entry. They said I would be allowed in at 3 PM. However, while I was exploring the hotel, they canceled the reservation, presumably to charge me a different price than what I had booked. I am a traveler, and I do not recommend dealing with them. You should be cautious with your reservations to avoid falling victim to a receptionist, especially if you arrive exhausted.

I never thought I'd encounter a situation in a five-star, international hotel where a two-year-old child would be accused of stealing chocolate and the police would be called. My two-year-old son ate several Godiva chocolates from a damaged and open package that was readily available in the hotel lobby. Moreover, I myself pointed out to a staff member that the package had already been opened. I want to emphasize right away: I never denied that my child ate the chocolate. And I never refused to pay for it. The problem wasn't the money. The problem was how the hotel staff handled the situation. Instead of calmly discussing the matter and resolving it within a few minutes, the head of security started showing security footage, accusing the two-year-old of opening the package, and demanding payment for the entire box. However, no evidence was presented that my child had actually opened the package. What struck me most was the complete lack of common sense and empathy. The staff didn't care that it was a small child. It didn't matter that I was willing to pay for the chocolates. It didn't matter that the situation could have been resolved calmly and with dignity. As a result, the police were called the next day. Yes, the police. Because of a few chocolates eaten by a two-year-old. After all the accusations, pressure, and frayed nerves, I still paid. So, the outcome was exactly what it could have been from the start—no scandal, no police, and no absurd spectacle. This was my second stay at this hotel. I could have returned again. But the staff preferred to get paid at any cost, completely forgetting that in the hotel business there are concepts such as service, respect for guests, and long-term loyalty. As a result, the hotel received money for the chocolates. But lost a loyal guest. What should have been a minor, everyday incident, the staff turned into a veritable theater of the absurd. After this experience, I will never return to the Rixos Pera Istanbul and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The overall cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel were excellent. High-quality service, friendly staff... and a wonderful spa experience... I would especially like to thank the spa receptionist, Ms. Bahar, for her hospitality and professional approach. I also thank the entire team and would happily recommend it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was simply amazing. Spacious, clean, and the service was top-notch. A special thank you to the cleaning staff. Tu ne m'as tout simplement pas répondu. Humble and responsible. 5⭐

I was very pleased with the spa section of this high-quality hotel. The cleanliness, attention, and quality of service were truly excellent. I would like to especially thank Bahar Hanım and the friendly team who made us feel special. I would definitely recommend it.
