Grand Hekimoğlu otel

I'm surprised people gave this hotel 5 stars. The location might be good, and the service might be good, but the hotel is very old. I came here based on the reviews, and I ended up sleeping on my clothes after laying them out. I definitely do not recommend it.

It was spotlessly clean, we were very pleased, thank you for everything, the attention and care were five stars 🥰🥰🥰

This hotel is a very clean and pleasant place to stay. And if you happen to meet Mr. Mert at the reception, you're very lucky; he's so professional, he greets you in a corporate and solution-oriented way, as if you've arrived at a 5-star resort. Just because of Mr. Mert's friendly demeanor, I went back to stay there again the next day. Thank you to him.

I stayed at the Grand Hekimoglu Hotel in Izmir with my daughter, and we had such a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind; they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Everything was welcoming, and we truly felt at home.
