The restaurant is just great! People, it's really very soulful and luxurious here: Georgian music on the screens, palm trees, there's live music - the atmosphere is incredible!

12 noon, 3 adults and 3 children came in. Zero service, no service at all... waited 25 minutes for coffee... well, that's terrible, they probably ordered a taxi somewhere to bring it, even though there were 2 other people in the hall besides us. Okay, at least the drinks tasted good. But with this kind of service, I won't go there again, and I'll tell the 10th time to avoid this place

There is a nice interior and nice music and that's probably all the pluses. The menu has Asian cuisine, I ordered noodles with chicken, they brought pasta with chicken and mushrooms, not what I ordered at all. When I told the waiter about it, he had absolutely no reaction, didn't offer a discount, didn't offer a replacement, nothing, and said that there was no Asian cuisine here (although it says so on the menu), but when I ordered, no one even warned me. We waited 45 minutes for the food. My friend ordered french fries, they were cold and overcooked. We also ordered cheese sticks, but they didn't arrive for an hour, they canceled them because they were already in a hurry. In general, I was left with unpleasant emotions.

We came with a group of five people. We ordered alcoholic and non-alcoholic mulled wine, as well as beer. They brought three mulled wines that tasted terrible — so poor quality that it was impossible to drink them. The beer was served only after 30 minutes, and when we asked where the non-alcoholic mulled wine was, the waitress replied after 40 minutes that she was still looking for the ingredients. She reacted rudely and impolitely to the remarks. The establishment left an extremely unpleasant impression: both the service and the drinks were at a terrible level. I do not recommend visiting this place.

It's hard to call mulled wine mulled wine; it takes 20 minutes to pour the beer, or they forget you even ordered it.

The place is terrible, the food has hair in it, the waiter is a child and they didn't even apologize!

We waited almost 40 minutes for khachapuri, the salad that was supposed to have nuts was brought without nuts, the child was not given milk foam at all, although we reminded them twice

We visited a cafe in the shopping center "Ukraine". It seemed like nothing, but I was surprised that visitors are allowed into the cafe with dogs, who just run between the tables of the establishment. When we sat down at the table, a dog immediately ran up to us and started climbing up to the table, jumping on our knees - and got our clothes dirty! 🤯😱😡By the way, if it's pleasant for the dog's owners, it doesn't mean that the visitors of the establishment like it! The mood is spoiled! The waiter's answer: "We can take animals with us!" By the way, there are people who don't like dogs and may be allergic to dog hair! 🤔

We came with a group, waited 1.5 hours for our order. The tip was included in the payment without asking if we could include the tip in your check. And every time you call the waiter to ask when our order will be, the answer is standard "in 20 minutes" "and we don't know, it's probably being prepared". There were 3 waiters serving, and no one knows anything.

It was not tasty, the pizza with Caesar, there was no sauce, there was no salt and pepper, the dough was terrible, except for yeast, nothing was felt, the mushroom soup seemed to taste normal, but we got some kind of plastic, similar to a screed, they added 10% service charge without warning about it. We do not recommend the establishment, in any case !!!!!!

Two minutes after the menu is brought, they start to rush the guest with the choice of dish. Why is that? When calculating, the waiter asks if the guest does not mind adding a percentage for service to the check (if paying by card). Why do you get involved in the client's calculations, he will figure it out himself.
