Masoch. Hotel & Cafe

I just tried the cafe but it was an experience unlike any other. I was shackled, whipped, had wax poured on me and made to bark like a dog. You can choose to not to any of that and just have a beer tho. Anyways when I get back here I'm staying at this hotel and getting whipped again. Fun place.

Stayed for one night. The room and the overall vibe was…interesting to say the least. No complaints at all about the hotel or the room. I left behind my AirPods, I didn’t realise until maybe 5 or 6 hours after I checked out. After a quick discussion, the lady at the reception did everything she could to find them. She was so distressed, I felt so bad, after all it was my fault I left it behind. After 10 minutes it was found, and the relief on her face, again I felt so bad for putting her through it. So, by far the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Incredibly friendly and helpful. It might not be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but the customer service is what matters to me, and in this hotel it was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Well done all. Have a great day!

incredibly pleasant stay, staff at a very high professional level, speaks English perfectly so there is no problem with a possible language barrier, the hotel is located right in the center so there is a bit of a problem with parking but as in similar destinations around the world you can park nearby, a huge advantage of the hotel is that the city center is a 5 minute walk

If you go to a cafe alone - think twice. Apart from trying to sell cocktails at triple the price, the staff will not pay any attention to you.
