This is a hidden gem of an eaterie. Superb!

Absolutely delicious authentic Mexican food, such amazing quality and well worth the money. Enjoyed every bite, and all the food at surrounding tables looked amazing too. The staff are all very kind and welcoming, 100% worth the visit! I couldn’t add photos to this review but I added them separately :)

Amazing!

First time visiting the common bar and it exceeded both mine and my wife’s expectations. The servers were lovely and helpful, the atmosphere was great and the food was fantastic. The favourite dish of both mine and my wife’s was definitely the halloumi fries. I would say they were the best ones I’ve ever had . Will definitely be going back and trying more items from the menu.

It's really unfortunate to have to change my review because the staff have always been nice in my personal experience and I've always really enjoyed the food but I got a takeaway yesterday and I seriously doubt I'll be getting food from here again. The pictures of the tacos are from when we dined in last summer and on the white plates are from yesterday's takeaway. I don't want to be too negative and I don't want to rant - it's just really disappointing. All I can say is if you're going to get food here go in person rather than getting takeout...

Really disappointed went to celebrate my son's graduation and found the food extremely poor. Meal was swimming in oil and tasted stale and overly sweet. Chicken was overcooked and Taco and cornbread was so sweet it was inedible. Despite telling staff we did not enjoy our meal at all they were more than happy to quickly take our money. We got a sorry but no real steps were taken to ensure we left happy which we were not. I think it's probably one of the worst meals I have ever had. Such a shame as it was supposed to be a special occasdion

Our favourite fish and chip shop was closed ao we went in search of an alternative. Wandering along we found Common. Intrigued by the lure of South American street food we walked in. We loved the vibe as soon as we entered. There were lots of item struck off the menu which we took as a good sign. There were lots of choices left We ordered the Arepas never having had them before. Belly Pork for me and Crispy mushrooms for my friend and a portion of Patatas bravas to share. I ordered a glass of rose wine which was lovely, not too dry. The portions were huge for us so we only nibbled the corn pancakes. There was plenty of juicy belly pork and spicy sauce. The patatas bravas were crispy and the fresh tomato sauce delicious. My friend said the crispy mushrooms were amazing and when we come back to Blackpool she wants to come back to Common! With the cost at £16.00 each we were very pleased that the fish and chip shop was shut!!

Great place with top food.

Sophie, Kieron and the other lady who served us for bottomless brunch were fantastic! We were late to our reservation due to an accident on the motorway and they were so accommodating of us!!! Made my leaving party something special. Thank you for fantastic food and amazing drinks
