Brambles

The Brambles is definitely a luxury cottage, everything you could need and a lot more! We would recommend this cottage to anyone for the perfect holiday. We will definitely be going again soon.

From the moment the three of us arrived we felt at home, all the luxury touches welcomed and the basket of goodies along with fresh scones, jam and cream was marvellous. Fresh flowers was a lovely touch. The accommodation was just as we imagined perfect, Sharon was on hand to show us in and very welcoming. Looking forward to the last few days of are week in paradise. Brambles Cottage is an incredible place, the best we have stayed in. Sharon, Gary and Molly were so welcoming and ready with helpful advice on places to visit. We appreciated the lovely hamper, cream tea, basic provisions and treats for the dog that was waiting for us and enjoyed by all. The cottage is amazing, finished to a high standard and is equipped with everything you need and more for a fantastic stay. Thanks very much for being so hospitable and for thinking of all the little details that made our stay so relaxing

We have just had our honeymoon here for a week. I cannot recommend it enough, we had the most amazing time. The location is fantastic, we drove no more than half an hour to all the places we wanted to visit. Close to Tesco and Sainsbury’s for shopping. The cottage itself is nothing short of excellent, every single thing you could need is in there, the TVs are smart TVs, great selection of DVDs and the bed is extremely comfortable. The garden is very secure for even the tiniest of dogs, it’s also very private and quiet! Our pooches even made use of the field behind the garden. They loved every minute, one of our dogs is reactive to other dogs but if your dog isn’t then they’ll love Molly, the owners resident dog, she’s a cutie! The owners are both wonderful and are just next door should you need anything. We will absolutely be back!

What a fabulous week we spent at Brambles Cottage. It is the 3rd time that we have visited and we have already booked for another week later in year. The hosts Sharon and Gary go over and above to make you feel welcome and the cottage is spotless. There is everything there that you could possibly need for your stay and if you need anything at all they are on hand to accommodate.

April 2025 This is our second visit to Brambles Cootage and it was just as lovely as our first. We had a warm welcome from Sharon. Gary was tending the grounds and Molly enjoyed seeing our two Miniture Schnauzers. The accommodation was very welcoming; clean, tidy and well presented, with a wonderful and thoughtful welcome basket waiting for us. Flowers on the table and milk in the fridge for that necessary cup of tea on our arrival were a lovely touch. Everything that could be needed was provided, even things we didn't know we needed! We loved the hot tub and sitting in the sun house, warm and peaceful, enjoying the views (day and evening) and relaxing. Just what was needed. The garden is fully enclosed for the dogs and the adjoining paddock is also enclosed for the dogs to be off lead. There is a dog cleaning station, which is an exceptional facility, happily we did not need it this holiday as we had better weather than during our last stay. Sharon and Gary's efforts and attention to detail were much appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending Brambles Cottage.

From the moment you engage in conversation/email with your hosts,their concern is that you have the best possible stay at their property. Their cottage is Immaculate with everything you could possibly need. The attention to detail is of a very high standard. The hamper was crammed with cornish goodies including a dog toy and treats for my Bear! The best homemade cream tea to welcome us! The Lizard is stunning with the most amazing coast line. Brambles cottage is 5⭐luxury with every comfort thought of and it's own tranquil garden with fabulous hot tub. Ideally located on the Lizard with lots of beautiful places to visit only a stones throw away. Highly recommend

Brambles Cottage is a true gem, beautifully decorated and presented, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail is impeccable and the cottage is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. The delightful welcome hamper and delicious cream tea were a lovely touch, even including treats and toys for our furry friends, Gus and Cookie, the cocker spaniels. The enclosed garden was a hit with the dogs, providing a safe and spacious space for them to roam and play. We loved the recommended walks provided by Sharon and Gary, which came with detailed instructions and pictures of things to look out for which allowed us to explore the stunning countryside and added to the overall charm of our stay. Brambles Cottage offers a peaceful and luxurious retreat, complete with a fantastic hot tub and summer house, making it the perfect getaway for relaxation and indulgence.

What a superb stay at a superb cottage! We have just returned from a week’s stay at Brambles, and it was an amazing property finished to a high standard with excellent amenities and the most amazing welcome hamper for us and for our dog who also loved the enclosed garden and welcome treats! Sharon and Gary are great hosts and will go out of their way to ensure that you have a great stay at Brambles. The welcome hamper that was waiting for us was beyond anything we have ever received anywhere else and got our stay off to a wonderful start. Property is in a great place if you want some peace, quiet and tranquillity but that is easily within driving distance of the Lizard and key areas of Cornwall. We visited the Lizard, Falmouth, Lands’ End, Penzance and St Ives from this property with the maximum driving time being around an hour. When we next visit Cornwall this is where we’d choose to stay again as it puts everywhere else, we’ve stayed to shame! Another fantastic stay in this beautiful cottage, literally home from home, with homemade scones and a lovely hamper to welcome us, it’s so luxurious and to be able to relax in the hot tub watching the sun go down you couldn’t ask for more. Brambles cottage is one of the best cottages and we have stayed at and was definitely a touch of luxury. Everything supplied that you need for your stay, The cream tea and welcome basket were a great touch and a big thank you for my birthday card and pressie, Hot tub was great and the summerhouse was lovely and we spent a lot of our time in there.
