The Continental Hotel and Spa, Hounslow (Vicino a Heathrow)

The hotel is nice and the facilities in the Golds gym are amazing. The location seems unsafe in the evening.

Decent venue

Worst experience. I recently stayed for 1 week. This place don’t change bed sheets and pillows stink. I hardly slept for one week. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ever in uk.

It was a very disappointing experience. They never cleaned the room daily, and they didn’t even provide complimentary welcome water as a basic courtesy. The pillows smelled bad, and it was clear that the bedsheets were not changed regularly. I could hardly sleep during my one-week stay. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Best place for holiday and business trips

Very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. It is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in my opinion, it doesn’t even deserve 2 stars. The room was dirty and very poorly maintained. There was dirt and grime in the shower, stains on the lampshades, and even a plug socket hanging off the wall, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous. We had originally booked for two nights, but the condition of the room was so bad that we refused to stay the second night and had to book another hotel elsewhere at extra cost. To make matters worse, the reception staff were not helpful, understanding, or professional when we raised our concerns. Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money we paid.

Friendly staff..we were helped very nice. We had a good sleep and enjoyed the leisure..swimming..sauna and jacuzzi. We will definitely come back.

I took a room for a night. I had to take with me my toddler so they charged me extra to change my double bedroom to higher rank one. The new room had no cot or extra bed so not sure why the extra charge was for!!. The room it self was noisy with creaky floor. AC was not working properly so it was very warm. However, the hotel is close to hounslow central station which is a good. In general, I wouldn't recommend for family/leisure time.

Quality of rooms are quite impressive and service also good but they don't provide any complimentary breakfast. almost all the 2 and 3 star hotels in London City provides breakfast.

Polite helpful welcoming staff but rooms are outdated and look it, it was clean but you know its past its hayday needs refurbishment
