The Crown Rooms

Our stay at The Crown rooms unfortunately wasn’t as pleasant as the other reviews the location is perfect 7 mins in an uber or a taxi from the O2. The only thing for us was the rooms overall cleanliness we were only staying for one night the bed was clean and the shower but the coffee facilities where dirty and dusty and the carpet hadn’t been hovered, the skirting boards covered in dust and the bathroom wasn’t very clean all in all . The workers were polite when checking us in just a shame about the room as the reviews and pictures all looked great but ours on the other hand not so much unfortunately.

Stayed here recently and had a really disappointing experience. We strongly suspected bedbugs during our stay due to bites and signs in the room, which is obviously a serious hygiene concern. When we raised this with the hotel, they claimed to have “checked” and said it wasn’t bedbugs, but didn’t provide any real evidence or reassurance about how thorough this inspection actually was. What made things worse was how the situation was handled. Instead of taking the complaint seriously, we were offered complimentary drinks at the bar… despite the fact we don’t even live in London and the bar was closed when we were there (which we weren’t informed about beforehand). This response felt dismissive and completely inadequate given the nature of the issue. Bedbugs aren’t a minor inconvenience! They can follow you home and cause ongoing problems, which is exactly what we were worried about. We have since asked for a refund, as we don’t feel this was handled appropriately at all. Would not stay here again and would advise others to be cautious.

Bedroom was basic. Decorating looked tired. No mirrors. Comfortable bed. Shower was difficult to control. Stairs were unsuitable.

Just a quick visit as I was seeing a show at the O2 but was really pleased. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I was maybe slightly worried about a room above a pub on a main road but up in the room it was as quiet as can be. The room wasn't huge but didn't need it to be, was very clean and nice attentions to detail. Good food and beers in the pub too, seemed like a really nice local pub. Highly recommend!

Great accomodation with friendly staff, great pizza and amazing beer just downstairs in the pub. The room was clean, quiet and spacious for our one night stay and the location is great, being only a short bus ride or a 30 minute walk from the O2. There is also a great selection of cafes and bakeries close by in the morning for breakfast.

Great last-minute stay I booked this hotel at the last minute and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The location was ideal, just a short walk from my conference venue. The room was much larger than I expected, very clean, and comfortable. The staff at checkout were lovely and made the experience even better. I’d happily stay here again.

Ideal spot to stay for an event at the o2.

Very spacious room and super clean . The staff was welcoming and helpful in finding our ways to O2 arena and a nice breakfast place! Location was perfect, at a walking distance from the railway station and bus stop. Thank you 😁

This was an ideal spot for what was needed on our trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they did everything to make sure we had whatever needed. We ate there and sat in the beer garden, the food was very good. Everything was good value for money

We had a great stay at the Crown Rooms. The room was really spacious with a comfortable bed, and everything you might need was provided - fresh cold water, toiletries, kettle with teas and coffees. The location is brilliant with easy bus and train connections to get around, and just around the corner from Greenwich Park too. We unfortunately didn't have time to visit the pub downstairs but we definitely hope to return and sample some pizza!

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now visiting the O2 Areana. So accessible to it and we love that there's so many food establishments so near by. Only problem this time was it was so hot in the room even with the fan provided we have decided summer months aren't for us here. An investment of air-conditioning would definitely change that as its superb And the tv didn't work.

Nice location, nicely decorated room ,however need to invest in Air con , the room was like a furnace all night.
