Looking for a gentle, welcoming way to move, unwind and connect with other queer folks?
Virna runs Queer Yoga at Westside Yoga in Seddon, a monthly class designed specifically for our community. The practice includes gentle movement, pranayama, yin and restorative yoga, guided meditation and nervous system regulation.
