Filthy!!! Filthy!!! Vacuum under the bed; there was a mug full of cigarette butts and grime. The room smelled like cigarettes, the others smelled damp, the hot water didn't work, and we literally had to cut the shower key! We asked for a heater, he never answered our message, and then he came into the apartment to leave it while we were out, without warning! And to top it all off, it wasn't the apartment we had originally agreed on. He forgot we had changed the reservation and gave us this other one, supposedly with more amenities? And the guy was so rude, making excuses for everything, and ended up calling us filthy for asking for a discount after everything that happened, when the filthy one is the one who left the apartment in such a state. The whole thing was awful.
