Easily accessible from the main road, the winery hotel is immaculate. Comfortable and very clean rooms with spectacular views. A very important detail: the heating works perfectly throughout the hotel. Good American breakfast à la carte (the croissant could be improved). Excellent service from all the staff. Highly recommended.

Everything was WONDERFUL!!!! The lodge, the winery visit, the dinner with steps to savor the various types of wine accompanied by the dishes… All the staff were friendly and attentive. Special mention: Abril at the lodge reception, Gabriela who served us dinner… Everything was PERFECT!!!!

Spectacular hotel, located within a winery, with a 5-star room and views of the Andes. In the garden you can enjoy wines by the glass and admire the beautiful view. They also serve wine-paired lunches.

Gaia Lodge exceeded all our expectations during a visit that turned out to be doubly special. My wife and I went to celebrate a friend's birthday and took advantage of the idyllic setting to toast our 22 years together. We couldn't have chosen a better place. If you're looking for a place where the tranquility of the vineyards combines with operational and culinary excellence, Gaia Lodge is the destination. A perfect setting to celebrate life and love.

My partner and I went and everything was AMAZING. We had a tasting, a multi-course lunch and dinner with wine pairings, and an overnight stay at Gaia Lodge. They gave us a guided tour, explaining the history and philosophy of the winery. It's a beautiful, relaxed winery with spectacular views from every angle. They're 100% organic ♻️ and all the vegetables they use are from their own garden. The hotel is nestled among the vineyards, and the breakfast was delicious. They also have bicycles available for exploring. The place, the service, the wines, the food—all 1000 out of 10! ✨

My boyfriend and I stayed here in February to celebrate my birthday, and it ended up being the most magical part of our entire three-month trip through South America. The staff was incredible, especially Graciela, who made us feel so genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The food was outstanding. We dined at two Michelin-starred restaurants in Mendoza, and somehow the meals here surpassed both. We’re already reworking our travel plans for next year so we can come back and stay for at least a full week. I truly can’t recommend Gaia Lodge enough. It was such a special, memorable experience. And the wine was unreal!
