I paid R$ 230.00 for a suite with a whirlpool, although I could have opted for a suite of similar standard for R$ 100.00, which would have adequately met my needs. The choice of the more expensive suite was solely due to the added benefit offered, namely the whirlpool. However, about an hour after my arrival, when I tried to use the whirlpool, I was disappointed to find that the equipment was inoperative. At the time of payment, I requested a discount, since the only feature that justified the higher price was not working. The attendant, however, claimed that I should have reported the problem earlier so that the suite could be changed. I emphasize that this alternative would imply unnecessary inconvenience, especially considering that my stay was not intended for overnight stays, and that, on that occasion, time was an essential factor. Given what happened and the possibility of similar occurrences in the future, I inform you that I do not intend to return to the establishment.

The TV is practically unusable, with no functional streaming access, forcing guests to browse through random programming. Basic hospitality items fail severely: towels hidden, confusingly packaged, and showing signs of intense wear. A clear sense of lack of renovation and maintenance. The physical structure conveys insecurity — a fragile door and a light switch panel with loose screws, something unacceptable for a suite. The only positive point was the meal. The chicken parmesan was adequate. However, the prices are high for both accommodation and the menu. The additional charge for a few extra minutes reinforces the perception of a cost disproportionate to the quality delivered. I would not return. The price is incompatible with the experience.

Excellent location on Av. Norte with a discreet entrance on the side street. Rooms with and without parking are available. Good service and spacious, comfortable rooms.
