Sauna Copacabana

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel in the center of Copacabana, facing the sea Everything is average, very small pool

Excellent location, hotel with updated facilities, super friendly staff, balanced and complete breakfast Comfortable rooms and beds

Very attentive team, good location in Copacabana, and a wonderful view from the rooftop. It was easy to take the subway from the hotel.

It wasn't nice. I arrived at the hotel and they couldn't find my reservation. I had to wait because there was no room available. I didn't even have coffee because by the time they managed to regularize the reservation, the service had already ended.

Congratulations to the restaurant staff, the food was delicious and especially the service from Vinicius from our arrival at the hotel and the first night dining at the hotel to the following times. Cordiality and kindness, attending to every detail. On the other hand, the preparation of the food and drinks is excellent along with their quality. Congratulations to Vinicius and the team for the excellence with which they welcomed us!

Hotel with a splendid view but above all with exceptional attention to the customer. Worth mentioning is Renan at the reception who even created an itinerary for us to visit the city and at the restaurant Vinicius, very kind and professional, every evening at dinner we felt at home.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay at Arena Copacabana Hotel and a wonderful dining experience at the Otaviano Restaurant. The hotel is in a perfect location right on Copacabana Beach, with beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A special mention must go to Vinicius, our waiter at Otaviano. His service was absolutely exceptional attentive, friendly, professional and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience, and his attention to detail really stood out. The food was delicious, the setting was lovely, and Vinicius made the evening even more memorable. Excellent service like this makes such a difference. Thank you to the entire team at Arena Copacabana and especially Vinicius for making our stay and dining experience so special. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel and restaurant! 🇧🇷❤️

Excellent, very good place and the service 10/10. I recommend it and will return again.

We were guests at this hotel, we are very happy with the service, the excellent location, the cleanliness, and the fresh and varied breakfast. We felt pampered. The staff is very well-trained and attentive! They also anticipated our arrival time. If I were to return to Rio, I would come back here!

Excellent experience at Otaviano. Excellent quality food, impeccable, and even better service.
