Queer Bar e Tabacaria is a small LGBTQIAPN+ bar and tobacco lounge in the Reviver area of the Centro Histórico. Its Instagram describes it as an LGBTQIAPN+ bar for over-18s, open Tuesday to Sunday from 5:30 pm, and a 2026 University of Maranhão paper on the city's queer scene says it opened in 2022 and has hosted ballroom nights and funk parties.
