Sofitel Bogota Victoria Regia

We arrived at the Sofitel and the moment we entered the building, everyone was very nice and helpful. The house keeper saw that we had a stroller and dropped off a stuffed toy for the little one. Alejandro at the front desk made the check in process smooth. Highly recommend.

The service was great. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and Keyme was very friendly and helpful.

The service is excellent. We came from Mexico City and loved it so much that we felt right at home. All the staff are very friendly, and in the dining room, the waiters Demilen and Kermes were very attentive. We will definitely return someday, and of course, it will be here again. Alejandro very efficiently checked us in and accommodated our bed preferences as well as our need for late check out. The rooms are modern and exceptionally clean. Brighter lighting in the large-sized room would be better. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Bogota.
