They give out prizes but don't deliver, and they mistreat the customer.

Great, I loved being there, excellent service from the moment I arrived until I left... the food was good, the service was quick, the facilities were clean, the atmosphere was very safe, the room was very nice, I loved the pool and the entertainment shows; 100% recommended.

Very mediocre. The service was deplorable. The equipment, like the fans, was terrible, and the bathroom was just okay.

I liked that the pool had good toys and other fun features, and the food service was also good, with generous portions and tasty food. The only downside is that the staff's attention, service, and friendliness still need significant improvement (for example, being more attentive to guests' needs). Also, there's no clear boundary between rest and partying; it's impossible to get any sleep late at night or in the early morning, and the beds aren't very comfortable.

The experience was fantastic! My boyfriend and I stayed for the San Pedro festivities in the town, and it was wonderful. The hotel offered dance performances showcasing Colombian folklore, traditional costumes, and excellent service. The staff was very attentive, the prices were reasonable, and the facilities were spotless. Plus, it's in a great location, close to the town park and the bar area. 100% Recommended
