We arrived very early, but despite this, we were warmly welcomed and checked in early, given a room with a beautiful view and a terrace. Everything here is quite cozy: a bed, a shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. You can play table tennis on the terrace. The breakfasts are homemade, and the buns are delicious! Thank you for your hospitality!
We had a booking with them, where we stated that we would arrive after midnight. The property answered that there was no problem with it. They also advertise a 24h front desk. When we arrived we found a closed door, and after 20 minutes of ringing and knocking had to resolve ourselves to find somewhere else to go. The property cancelled our booking and didn't provide any explanation or apology. A shame, we were looking forward to staying there.
Wonderful. The hotel was super comfortable and also close to the Plaza de Armas, the Santa Catalina Monastery, and other tourist sites. The hotel staff was very friendly. Deisy, Edu, Isaac, Dahiana, and Katherin—wow, they were incredibly kind to us. Thank you.
