This place scammed me out of $205 USD. I had originally booked for 8 nights but had some allergy issues and checked out the following morning after getting 2-3 hours of sleep. I asked if I could get a refund for the remaining nights and the guy said he would ask management and would get back to me the following afternoon. I think the guy was actually lying and I think he was the manager. Didn't hear from them for several days, so I reached out and they said they would review it again. It has already been 12 days so at this point they are just giving me the run around. I was also appalled at the quality of the rooms and overall hostel. The sheets and beds looked super gross and dirty like they hadn't been changed in years. The pillows were hard as rocks, just an overall disgusting hostel with terrible, unprofessional service. Just imagine the nastiest, dirtiest, lowest quality room you could possible think of, and it's this place. if you want to wake up with severe neck pain, bed bug bites and a possible STD, then you'll love this place.

This is the dirtiest, filthiest hostel I’ve ever seen. The pillows are literally cement blocks. The doors don’t close or lock that well. Anyone could kick it open. The sheets had “suspicious” stains all over them. Avoid this place at all cost. Much better hostels for a similar price in Lima.

The service is excellent: everyone is friendly and polite. There are restaurants and cafes on the street where the hostel is located. A little further on there are small markets. It's about an 11-13 minute walk from Kennedy Park, where there are several shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, etc., and from Falabella Shopping Mall. I found the room clean, but I saw some dust and a hair here and there in the bathroom. The toilet was missing its lid. The light switches were loose, and I had to prop it up to charge my phone. The water is hot and wonderful. They provide sheets and soap. Breakfast is continental style: a young man brings black coffee (without milk), scrambled eggs, two slices of bread, jam, and butter to the table. You can ask for more coffee if you want... I was able to leave my luggage at reception for quite a while until check-out without any problems!

If you want to sleep don’t come here. Service is mediocre, rooms uncomfortable, shower unacceptable, noise and smoking all night. Run away from it. Location is not enough to book here!

Thay is in the perfect location with the best prices on room. Its a few blocks from parque Kennedy. The employees are very nice and the food is surprisingly delicious. I highly recommend you book your stay here..

Some employees have a bad attitude and the facilities are not maintained as I knew them several years ago.

Although it has a pleasant atmosphere, I found it very dirty and disorganized. The hygiene wasn't good. The reception staff were friendly, but overall, the place isn't worth the price. ☹️

If you go to be around in the city and not sleep enough, probably this is your option. But if you go to have some rest, don't choose it bcause the bar is open with very loud music until 6 or 7 am! The staff in reception is lovely though.

I definitely don't recommend it 😞
