Beautiful place

It's the best! An interesting hotel with great attention to detail. The stars are beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and I took lots of photos! It's the best hotel!

The architecture was different from what you'd expect in the Sacred Valley, but beautiful nonetheless. I went at night, the taxi driver found me, and the arrival at the hotel was easy. I had a peaceful night where I could disconnect from my routine, and I enjoyed the breakfast. They helped me arrange a taxi after I checked out. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

FIRST AND LAST TIME. We've never had such a terrible experience. My family and I went for lunch, even though we had booked the day before and prepaid, specifying our order of dishes and drinks as required by the hotel. Upon arrival, they made a mistake and served us the wrong dish. The service was appalling; the food was cold and lacked the ingredients listed on the menu. When we paid the bill, they tried to overcharge us. We had to take the time to add up the total before they admitted their error. Only after we threatened to file a complaint did they issue a receipt. To top it all off, they don't have a complaints book readily available or accessible upon request, as required by law. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The hotel is truly unique, but the service was terrible. We booked lunch a day in advance and they even asked for a 50% deposit. When we arrived, they got the dishes wrong, it took a long time to bring the correct ones, and the dessert was anything but what was listed on the menu. I wouldn't return. I recommend checking the reviews before booking here.

We arrived at the hotel with a reservation for a family lunch. Upon arrival, the hotel's architecture is definitely modern and beautiful; however, both the service and the food were terrible. They didn't have all the items on the drinks menu, even though it was a limited selection. The food was not at all worth the price (approximately 60 soles for a very small dish of mediocre to low quality). Despite having to make the reservation a day in advance and pay 50% upfront, they sent one of our dishes the wrong way, and it arrived 20 minutes after everyone else had already received theirs. The dishes didn't have the ingredients listed on the menu, and they gave the excuse that "we do different types of presentations." This might be acceptable, but it's not the case, since the ingredients listed on the menu were replaced with much cheaper and more common ones. At no point did the person who served us apologize; they just remained silent and walked away. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

A beautiful place, the design and architecture in every space make you feel like you're somewhere else. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you'll definitely want to stay longer.

The staff was courteous, the food was decent but the wait time for food was over an hour, they take too long, there was no hot water, groups of people partyed and didn't let anyone rest, access was difficult without a car and it's far from the main road, the pool was small, the place is nice but I wouldn't repeat the experience

Everyone was very friendly, highly recommended, the food was 10 out of 10.
